Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, Lucas. I love my family back in the Great State of Oklahoma and try to visit often. I am an avid movie-goer and love to read but don't have much time for those with a baby. Most weekends are spent taking Lucas on adventures around Dallas.

I knew I wanted to become a dentist as a Sophomore in High School. My Boy Scoutmaster was also our family dentist. Growing up respecting him for all that he taught me about life in general, I was flattered and honored when he asked me to take over his practice. My graduation and his retirement created a smooth transition and set me on course for a wonderful career in dentistry.I have truly enjoyed the past 31 years of private practice. In August of 2020, I sold my solo practice in order to slow down, relax more and enjoy time with family and friends. However, I soon realized that retirement from dentistry left a space in my life that nothing else could fill.I branded my General practice in the direction of surgical care, implants, and major prosthetic treatments. At Dallas Dental Group, I now focus solely on these disciplines, and help my patients receive the very best care dentistry has to offer today. The relationships I have established with patients are what keep me excited about coming to the office each day! There is absolutely nothing I enjoy more than helping a patient restore and maintain their smile!

Married to my beautiful wife Brenda for 30 years. I am a pilot and love flying! If I weren't a dentist...I would be an aviation captain. Other hobbies include: woodworking, metalworking, carpentry, hunting and fishing, and spending time with family. My son and wife are both proudly serving in the USAF, based in Biloxi, MS. My daughter and husband reside in Little Rock, AR and are a CPA and Insurance Agent, respectively.

Originally from Round Rock, Texas, Dr. Brennan Welch graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. He then went on to UT School of Dentistry in Houston for his dental degree. Dr. Welch completed his residency at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, a hospital specializing in treatment for military service men and women.

Dr. Welchs favorite part about practicing dentistry is the connections and relationships he gets to form with his patients. He wants all patients to feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe at each visit to the dentist. He looks forward to making an impact on the Dallas community through properly educating families on the importance of oral health and the effect good oral health has on our systemic health. With the range of services Dr. Welch provides, he feels confident in giving every patient the happy, beautiful smile of their dreams.

When not seeing patients, Dr. Welch and his wife enjoy hiking, visiting the lake, trying new foods, and exploring art museums. At home, they are proud cat parents of a rescued bobtail-manx cat named Peggy, who loves to chase a laser-pointer!

Margaret has worked in variety of job roles in dentistry for the past 12 years and found her niche as a front office team member. Margaret wants patients to feel welcome and builds long last relationships by being humble. She enjoys spending time with her two sons and going on road trips.

Tina enjoys all aspects of her job, from welcoming the patients to being their advocate with the insurance to making sure they get the most out of their benefits. Tina has been with Dallas Dental Group for over 27 years and treats all patients as family. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and see her grandson grow up. She also enjoys gardening, watching sunrise/sunset and antiquing.

Marianne has worked as a dental hygienist with Dr. Rankin for 23 years. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS in dental hygiene, and has been cleaning teeth for fun and profit for 40 years. She takes pride in caring for patients with the highest quality treatment.

When she is not serving her patients, Marianne enjoys being active in her church and active in family life. She and her husband John have two grown daughters, and five lively grandchildren. Marianne and John are planning a 40th anniversary trip this year.

Megan has been with Dallas Dental Group since 2017. Originally from Iowa, she likes to educate her patients on how to improve their oral health. She has been a hygienist for 6 years and loves getting to know her patients. In her free time, she likes to travel, go to movies and spend time with her family.

Penny has over 34 years of experience and has been with Dallas Dental Group for 29 years. She uses her experience to help patients get a healthier smile on a daily basis. She enjoys being a grandmother and going to the lake.

Rosario is a registered dental assistant at Dallas Dental Group. She has been with the practice since the Summer of 2020 when she started her career in dentistry. Rosario is certified as an RDA, and can do sealants and ACLS, all of which help make her a great dental assistant.

Joyce is proud to work as a sterilization tech here at Dallas Dental Group. Joyce is new to dentistry and a recent graduate of Rice University. As a pre-dental student, Joyce learned the value in understanding proper sterilization techniques for the safety and health of our patients. She enjoys being a part of bettering our overall health through dental care. In her free time, Joyce loves traveling with friends and family.
