Dr. Alhadef, a dentist in Dallas, graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a degree in psychology before moving on to the Baylor College of Dentistry. Over the years, he has augmented his expertise with hundreds of continuing education courses. He is also a member of the:
Michelle grew up in California and moved out to Texas to follow her family. She enjoys the outdoors and traveling. Michelle has been in dentistry for the last 10 years from assisting chairside to managing dental offices. Her passion in dentistry is having a positive influence on the patients experience and showing them all the new changes, that dentistry has to offer their smile.
Isabel is one of our dental Assistants. She attended the Concorde Career Institute in 2006 and is certified in CPR, X-rays, and Differential Diagnosis of Oral Mucosal Lesions. She is married and has a daughter, Alyssa.
Lisa joined the team at Dallas Cosmetic Dental in the fall of 2021 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, she has certifications in Invisalign, sleep studies, and laser treatment. When not at the practice, Lisa enjoys volunteering, going to the gym, traveling, and being outside in a boat or on a hike.
When I was young, I was always inquisitive about how things worked. I would take things apartfrom stereos to electric can openers to the air conditioner. The trick was getting them back together again. It was gratifying to be able to put them back together and even repair them myself. And I believe this gave me a very early taste for analyzing and restoring beauty and function in dentistry.
I also enjoyed model building in my youth. I would build planes, ships, and cars. I would make large balsa wood planes that I would take out and fly, along with Estes model rockets, which were my favorites.
I believe these hobbies helped me to develop my eye-hand coordination and attention to detail at an early age. Thats why cosmetic and restorative dentistry is not just another medical procedure for me. Its an art.
One thing I hear from my patients is that their veneers dont look like veneers. Their crowns dont look like crowns. Their veneers and crowns look like teeth. And of course, thats what everyone wants. Every single tooth and veneer is different because every single one is a work of art, custom made to fit my patients unique smile.
Comprehensive dentistry is not just about fixing teeth. A beautifully restored smile with proper function changes a persons life. To be able to eat comfortably and smile with confidence in social situationsthis is life changing. I love being a part of that, and theres nothing that can take the place of knowing youve helped someone else in a significant way.
I love having the ability to choose from many treatment options to come up with what is best for my patients. Since I am trained and experienced in all facets of dentistry, we are able to look at many options with dental treatment. I know that with many dental practices, patients are going to get the treatment plan that matches the doctors ability, or they are going to be referred away. Being referred away is fine, especially if its someone else referring to us, but referrals can also cause a break in the continuity of the patients experience where they feel they have to start over with another doctor getting to know their smile and their needs. Or maybe they have to explain their fears or hopes all over again.
I love giving back to the community. We enjoy helping less fortunate people and providing low-cost or free care for those in need. Teaching about dentistry is always fun, too. Sometimes thats teaching a kid about big bad germs. Sometimes thats consulting with an adult about restoring their smile and seeing the light come on in their eyes.
It is such a great time to be a dentist with the many high-tech options available. So many people have an idea in their heads of dentistry that matches what we had in decades past. I love to be able to present them a with a totally different experience than the one they were expecting.
Whether its making a dental crown in as little as an hour with CEREC technology, or laser dentistry for gum contouring or surgery, my staff and I enjoy the many tools we have available to provide fast and efficient dental care.

I drove 2 hours to see him and I'm so glad I did. I had laser gum recontouring done and he improved my smile significantly! He is very good at what he does, honest, caring, professional and even called himself to follow up! I can't thank him enough. His office is clean, beautiful and staff is well organized.Highly recommended Dr. Alhadef for any cosmetic dentistry!

When my dentist retired I went to Alhadef. He had purchased my dentist's practice. DO NOT go to this dentist. I have a long history of healthy teeth and gums. Alhadef told me my lower front teeth were going to fall out soon because their roots were too shallow and that I had gum disease needing $1500 worth of treatment. I immediately got a second opinion from another dentist, who told me my teeth and gums looked great, completely healthy. Alhadef was absolutely wrong, his diagnosis of my teeth and gums were lies. He is either incompetent or a total fraud, just out to make money. It has been a couple years and my gums and teeth are still doing great. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST, STAY AWAY!

I've always had a fear of dentists until I started coming to Dr.Alhadef. He and his entire staff are extremely friendly and caring. I had such a great experience and I have a much better smile now. Highly recommend.

Dr. Alhadef is very professional as well as his wonderful dental assistant. They are great at their craft and I appreciate it! I had the best experience with getting a tooth filling with Dr. Alhadef. Absolutely love Michelle at the front desk!! She is very helpful anytime I need assistance. The dental hygienist also was great and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better dentist office!

I've been going to him for many years... Every visit feels like I'm home... The staff and the doctor are very comforting. He does amazing work... And even can make your crown on premises in 30 minutes... Who does that... I highly recommend Dr. Alhadef... he is more than a Dentist...

I was in need of a Dentist that did exception work both to make my crowns so they would last and, since it was my front teeth, to make them look great, not just good, but AMAZING. I am very, very pleased I found both with Dr. Alhadef. I could tell he knew his craft as I am the Widow of a Dentist. I could tell what was happening. I am more the please to recommend this office to all. And the Staff is not too shabby either.....yes, I'm pleased.

I was in to receive my permanent bridge on Tuesday morning, 12/15/2020. The staff was warm and professional, as always, and the procedure went smoothly with no pain. I always appreciate the courteous service I receive here, as well as Dr. Alhadef's knowledge and skills that have made me feel so well cared for as a patient.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From the moment I had my consultation to getting my gums contoured today, I have experienced nothing short of superb hospitality. I am so excited with the results of the procedure and can't wait for my gums to heal. Dr. Alhadef and his staff are so kind and attentive. All of my questions were answered. If I had any that I forgot, I was encouraged to call. I am ecstatic to see what's to come with my smile and thankful to have been in the hands of a phenomenal doctor and staff. This man should NOT be listed for dental implants. A minor surgery turned into a life time of problems because he had no idea what he was doing. I have zero reason to make this up. Providing one's opinion after their experience is not slander. If you don't like reading things that aren't all 4-5 stars, then take yourself off of Google, rather than blame people for their opinions.
