From the time I got there until the time I left first class all the way. The receptionists were very kind, courteous and thorough. The doctor who did my procedure was very professional and kept me informed through out the whole operation. Definitely would recommend Daley.

I ended up with an out of pocket cost of $575 after I was told insurance covered the bill. The billing practices at this office are unethical and I am very sorry I went here. If you have private insurance stay away! Not to mention the lobby has an bad odor and outdated.

Been going to Dr Clark since 1985 . He didn't leave any bruises from my Anastasia. Next day had allergy reaction to antibiotics. My son called and he was patched threw . BTW keep in mind unless you have stae insurance or Medicare Delta dental takes 6 to 8 weeks to pay dentists. It's not the practices fault. .

I love Doctor Daley! The check in receptionist was amazing and very helpful to me. But the girl to the right of her was absolutely mean and rude to every single patient that came into the office when I was there. She had an attitude and would get mad at the patients when they asked questions they were unaware of. It's amazing that a person in customer service has the audacity to speak to patients that way when they don't do this for a living. I personally think this woman should get fired.

I had 4 teeth pulled here and everyone in the office is great. I am usually scared of dentists and they made me feel calm and relaxed. I had almost no pain after my procedure. Highly recommend!

Best dental surgeons ever. Im 40 and they've taken out my wisdom teeth and 2 infected teeth this year and last. I pay for them out of pocket now bc they don't take my insurance. That's how much i love them.

The doctor and staff were very kind, and my extraction went well. That was the end of the good story. I was walked to the "recovery" room. It was a tiny room with a hard vinyl covered bed. I laid there for at least a half hour after I fully woke up. Not once was I checked on. I was in pain, so I got the attention of someone walking by. She said "let's get you home so you can get your prescription." My prescription of Motrin, which I have at home. Nothing stronger. Back to the little room with the hard bed. I had my husband come to get me. So once he came in, finally someone paid attention to me and came in the room. She said let's get you going, your husband is here. Mind you, I had looked in my camera and saw that I had blood smeared across my face. They were going to send me out bloody. I asked if she could clean the blood off. She went and got a towel and wiped me off. I do not understand why they do surgery and then basically throw you out. I've never experienced such before. I saw previous reviews that said the same thing. I didn't take their advice. I should have.

They either double book appointments or book them too close. I've gone to their Drexel Hill office and waited well past my scheduled appointment time even though I showed up early. There is no regard for the schedules of working people. I will not be back.

my daughter needs her wisdom teeth out and i was referred to these doctors. i was late for a consultation, which the extremely rude receptionist didn't give me the option of waiting, said i had to reschedule. lost my business!

I had to have my wisdom teeth removed. I went to their office in Drexel Hill for my consultation. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The nurse took ex-rays and asked what issues I was having. I was then told my Doctor was going to be Dr. Litman. He examined my x-rays and then told me I would need my teeth extracted and why. He showed me photos of what my teeth looked like and explained how they were growing in improperly. He explained what my best option would be and was overall very informative which I loved because he took the time to explain everything. We then scheduled my option for a few weeks later. When I went for my appointment, I went to the office in Newtown Square. Again, seeing Dr. Litman. The nurse who set me up for surgery was beyond nice and comforting. Dr. Litman came in and was ready to get started. He asked to see both arms to see which arm looked easier to inject . I woke up by having the same nurse walking me to a cot to rest for a couple minutes and reassured I wasn't driving home. Once awake, the nurse explained the procedure to my mom, gave her the steps/tips for after surgery and even paperwork to look over throughout the week of recovery. They made my follow up appointment and we left. My surgery went so well and I was so happy with the surgery and recovery. The follow up appointment took literally 2 minutes. Dr. Litman cut out my stitches and it was all over. I will be recommending this office, no doubt!
