Dr. Charles E. Daley III completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi where his desire to serve others began to grow. Following his graduation, he applied and ascertained a position in the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry. Graduating at the top of his class, Dr. Daleys ambition to further educate himself in the field of Dentistry, led him to the Medical University of South Carolina. Through and extensive residency, he mastered the specialty of Periodontics culminating with his Periodontal Certificate as well as his Master of Health Science. Upon completion of study, Dr. Daley and family moved to Tennessee where he began to put his knowledge and skill to work. Dr. Daley is a man of faith and family. He and his wife and their six children live and are actively involved in the community of Lebanon, Tennessee where he practices Periodontics. He continues to be an active participant in study clubs as well as attending continuing education courses keeping his knowledge and skills honed with the changes in technology and technique. Dr. Daley and staff strive to treat patients with the most advanced technology and attention that they themselves would expect from their primary care provider. He understands the difficulties involved with finding a specialist to provide complete, compassionate, and competent care. Dr. Daley works hand in hand with each of his patients and their General Dentist recognizing the care they need and formulating the most appropriate treatment plan to address those needs. We look forward to assisting you in maintaining your oral health.

I wish I could give a no star review. My mother went in a few weeks ago for surgery. While in the chair and having her vitals monitored her blood pressure was elevated and was too high to proceed. She had no prior knowledge of any blood pressure problems, Dr. Daley called off the surgery and told her to see him in his office ( she was on Valium and a little loopy) where he proceeded to YELL at her and say, " You wasted an hour of my time!" All she could do was cry because of the medicine and had to be helped out to the car. She doesn't post reviews or do any social media so I decided to post this here for a PSA. I'm sure for plenty of people he's been fine and that's great but you don't EVER yell at a patient it was completely inexcusable behavior!

These folks are amazing - every single one of them. I had a medical emergency, after a procedure (unrelated to anything that was done), and the care and attention that was given to me was above and beyond. Dr. Daley and his wife, both waited at the emergency room while I was being cared for, until they knew I was fine. I don't know of many folks who would have done so. I thank each of them for taking care of me in a time of need.

They are a first class operation at this office!! Their procedures are done with care and professionalism.

Experience was great nice people. Gave 1 star because on Jan 2016 I was referred to DR Daley for a free consultation for an implant that asked for my insurance info so they could give me a quote on the cost of the implant. Dr Daley told me and the nurse at the desk told me that the consultation was free that I had no obligation to them. Well its 29 Apr 2016 and just got my first $75 bill in the mail saying I'm 60 days over due and that my insurance has already paid $45. SO MUCH FOR FREE CONSULTATION. The bill also has no information regarding why I'm beeing billed or even the date of service they provided?? Weird. If you can't trust them to keep there word how can you trust them with your teeth.
