From the Dr to the staff, this place rocks! They are amazing, gentle, professional all the time. We've been going since Dec. Of 2019 and from the moment we walked into the doors, my kids we're in love with everyone there! I've never heard about kids being so excited about going to a DENTIST! Just look at these smiles!

My daughter was a patient here, Dr. Dale was supposed to do a pulpotomy on my daughter. Instead he chooses to do a filling, my daughter has been in pain for awhile now. I had to take her to another provider to fix something Dr. Dale shouldn't have done in the first place. This place looks for different ways to make a fee extra bucks off their patients. When she was scheduled for her surgery appointment I had to pay $100 fee just for them to schedule the app and put together her paperwork that I provided to them (ins etc). Professional scammers at best. Wouldn't recommend. Also, the patient coordinator is very rude and have a habit of saying she will call back and not call back, and has the audacity to catch an attitude when you call her out on it. Need better staff, if you can find your child another doctor pls do so.

My daughter's visit with dr.dale was amazing and so was the rest of the workers that work there was awesome can't wait to go back there with my other kids love this dental office best of all kids love getting something in the treasure boxI highly recommend this dental office

I am quite upset that when I tried to get my autistic son seen here as a new patient with a dental emergency (extreme pain) the receptionist said if he can't sit still in a chair they couldn't see him. Luckily I found a pediatric dentistry that was able to accommodate him in Jupiter.

We love Dr. Dale. He's so attentive and knowledgeable. We drive from Port Saint Lucie to receive excellent customers service. All the ladies are awesome. They know who you are when you enter the building. They do an awesome job accommodating our busy schedule.

Dr. Dale is a great dentist. The front staff and dental hygienists are terrific too. My kids are actually excited for their appointments.

I hope Dr. Dale reads this review. I have TWO children in need of a pediatric dentist. Google reviews look good. My first impression of your practice...office receptionist gave me a hard time about verifying my insurance. I'm not comfortable giving out my social security number, so providers need to call the 800# and speak with a representative to verify eligibility. She didn't want to do that. She was totally rude and said she would call me back (this was around 8am Tuesday 6/14/22). No return call. I called again Wednesday 6/15 in the afternoon and left a voicemail. Still no return call at all. It's a shame your practice loses new patients because of incompetent and rude staff.

Absolutely love everyone in this office. Dr Dale is awesome and the staff have been so helpful. It's wonderful to find a people who truly love what they do and are amazing at it.

I have been to Dale Pediatric Dentistry twice now after trying several other pediatric dentists in the area. I have had an amazing experience both times that I have taken my children there. From the moment they walked in the door the staff is so kind and welcoming. The dental assistants are so patient with the children! You can definitely see that they are very professional and well trained to work with children and especially disabled children. Dr. Dale is so kind and patient and loving and made my kids feel safe and at home and they actually look forward to going back to the dentist now. I highly recommend taking your children here especially with children with special needs this is the perfect place for all children.

No other dentist like Dr Dale out there! And his staff are top notch! Best team ever! They fit my baby in as fast as possible could and took great care of her! Dr Dale even called us after hours to check on how she was feeling. Highly recommend!

Dr. Dale did a fantastic job with my 4yr.old son. We went to Joe Demaggio hospital to have his teeth fixed and everyone there was just as kind. Highly recommend his service for your child or children.

We had the best time at Dale Pediatric Dentistry. I don'y usually take the time to write a review but I could not wait to get home and review them! I have a 2 year old boy with lots of energy and a BIG personality! He LOVED the staff at Dr. Dale's. They have an arcade in the waiting room and a TV and my son was so entertained he actually let me fill out all of the paperwork! They took us back quickly. The hygienist was so great with my son! She has funny and playful and allowed him to pick all the things. She let him stand up for his cleaning and made the whole experience interactive. She offered for him to sit with me but she gave him so much control and autonomy that he didn't even want o sit with me. He wanted to do it by himself! It was amazing. He didn't have to lay back but if he needed to they have TV's on the ceiling. He had to look up once while she cleaned his teeth and he said look mamma Moana. Dr. Dale was so knowledgeable and efficient and great with my son too! They let him choose from the prize box and gave him a sticker and let him choose his toothbrush. And they use Toms toothpaste and didn't push Fluoride. It was AMAZING! We can't wait to go back in 6 months! Thanks to everyone who made our visit special!

I had an amazing experience I don't usually do reviews but this place definitely deserved 10 stars if I could do it. I think he said his name was alexandro he was so patient with my daughters cleaning and made sure she was comfortable especially with it being her first dentist appointment and Dr. Dale was really nice too and the front desk staff was really patient with me when I couldn't find my insurance information. My daughter loved the dentist and was talking about it the rest of the day thank you dale dentistry

I've been trying to write a review for months and I just fall short of words to describe the most caring, kindest, bestest doctor Dale and the whole team. BEYOND grateful to have found you all, thank you taking care of my children with utmost care, caring to make them smile, putting them at ease, knowing them by names and providing incredible care of their little teeth. We love Dr. Dale!

Great experience ..my son had broke his tooth and they took us right away..felt like family as soon as you walk in..very friendly environment and my son felt comfortable too considering he had the tooth pulled ..thank you Dr. Dale and staff we will be using you for our next appointments and for all my children.

Everyone at Dale Pediatric Dentistry is extremely nice. I travel to go to this dentist office, because were other dentist offices would not work on or with my son Dr. Dale did. My son is extremely scared and gags every time when he would go to the dentist. Bad enough that I have not been able to get a dentist to clean his teeth. I've been told by other dentists that he needs to be IV sedated. Dr. Dale and everyone at Dale Pediatric Dentistry has took the time to work with my son. Dr. Dale has even been able to even fix some of my son's teeth. Thank you all at Dale Pediatric Dentistry for what you have done and we will be seeing you in the next upcoming appointments.
