Dr. Madsen resides in Chico with his wife. He enjoys spending time with his 6 married children and 20 grandchildren. He also enjoyswater and snow skiing, backpacking in our country's beautiful outdoors, and doing various church-related activities.
Maria originally worked for Dr. Madsen when he first started practicing and she was his first employee. She returned to his practice in 2011 and has been a vital part of our team since then. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Ty Dickerson is Dr. Madsen's grandson. He is a sophomoreat Inspire High school. He loves music and plays the violin, piano and ukulele. He also loves sports, particularly water polo and track. Ty works part time as a dental assistant.

Erin, the front desk person as always is so friendly and efficient! He even knows how to assist in doing x-rays. Kenny is a good assistant to Dr. Madsen. He knows how to make the patient comfortable by being friendly and accommodating while I was sitting on the dental chair. Dr. Dale Madsen I know can always be trusted. He is very knowledgeable and I always know my teeth will always get the best of care. Thank you all!

I had two broken molars, was in pain and called 3 dentists without success. To add to the problem, it was Easter weekend. Dr. Madden agreed to see me after 5 on that Friday. Both doc and staff were professional, efficient and compassionate --from start to finish. The charges were very reasonable as well. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Roxanna H

I had an emergency and they took me right in and I will be having them do my dentures now. Very nice folks and the Dr. Made me feel comfortable with his ability, I recommend them for your dental needs

I was a little nervous going to the visit today. Dr. Madsen and his staff made me feel comfortable and they answered any questions I may have had. After having to go back and forth to Monterey Co. for dental visits I am happy I found this dental clinic where I know my dental health will be taken care of.

Super friendly staff. Dr. Madsen has gentle, steady hands and a sweet personality. And front office Aaron has amazing communication skills: mellow, thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. He even helped me figure out my insurance.

I REALLY appreciate that every time I go into Dr. Madsen's office they are ready for me. It is rare if I ever wait more than a minute or two. It's a relaxed and friendly environment, I never feel rushed but I'm in and out of there in 25-30 minutes because they are efficient and simple. Going to the dentist is not always a pleasant experience but Dr. Madsen and his staff make it much more so. Thank you!

Dr Dale Madsen and his staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have been a patient of Dr. Madsen for over twenty-five years, and I recommend him to anyone seeking a quality dental experience. I've never had to sit in the waiting room for more than five minutes, and appointments are easy and stress free. The staff is friendly and always very welcoming.
