Theresa graduated from Indiana University Southeast in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has been happily married to Dr. Dale since 1992 & has been involved with Dale Family Dentistry in different areas of business throughout the years. She officially joined the team as the Business Manager in 2011.

She & Dr. Dale have been blessed with two terrific children, Alex & Matthew, & a new son-in-law, Quinn. She & Dr. Dale both grew up in Jeffersonville. They are proud members & volunteers of the Indiana campus of Southeast Christian Church in Jeffersonville.

It has been my pleasure to be partners with Dr. Dale in life & in business for over 25 years. I feel so very blessed to work side by side with two outstanding doctors, Dr. Dale & Dr. Canal! I also feel very blessed to work with such a fantastic & skilled staff who strive every day to create the perfect peaceful environment for our patients as they strive to attain their best smiles. It is truly a privilege & an honor for me!

Kim has a wonderful husband, two fabulous young boys & a German Short-haired Pointer dog named Camo. When Kim is not hard at work, she enjoys outside activities, spending time with her family & attending Northside Christian Church in New Albany.

Being part of a dental practice has been my desire since I was a child. I remembered always loving to go to the dentist. Knowing now that I can help others have a positive experience at the dentist gives me great satisfaction. Giving patients great care is what I enjoy, & being able to spend my day here at Dale Family Dentistry is an incredible opportunity.

Dr. Dale has a tremendous amount of passion for his practice & takes time with each patient to reach perfection. I admire the fact that both Dr. Dale & Dr. Canal bring their Christian values into the practice. It is amazing to be part of such a pleasant office that cares about all of their patients. Roxie is a very talented dental hygienist who joined our team at Dale Family Dentistry in October 2015. A graduate of Indiana University in 2005, Roxie brings over 10 years of dental hygiene experience to our team. Her favorite part of dental hygiene is building relationships with patients & helping them achieve & maintain excellent oral health.

In July of 2015, Roxie & her husband moved to Southern Indiana with their French Bulldog, Lola. A lot has changed since then! They have since added two new members to their family. They adopted another French Bulldog, Emma, in April of 2016, & in February of 2017 welcomed their beautiful daughter, Teagan.

Why I love working for Dale Family Dentistry: When I moved to Louisville, I knew I wanted to work for an exceptional dentist that truly cares not only for his staff, but for his patients as well, & I was blessed to find two of them in Dr. Dale & Dr. Canal! Carrie is an excellent Dental Hygienist who has recently joined our growing team at Dale Family Dentistry. She has been practicing dental hygiene for 5 years & graduated from the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry. Her favorite part about practicing dental hygiene is educating our patients about their smiles.

Carrie lives in the Sellersburg area with her husband, Kory, & young daughter, Marley. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as participating in Crossfit fitness, golf, reading, baking, & playing outdoor yard games.

Kristine has been a valuable asset to our team at Dale Family Dentistry since 2001. She graduated from North Dakota State College with a certificate in dental assisting & has been working in the dental field for 30 years. We are blessed to have her experience on our team!

Kristine is married to her husband, Roger, & they have three loving cats, Patches, Boots & Frannie. Kristine has been a dedicated volunteer at the Animal Protection Association (APA) for many years & promotes various fundraising events for APA on WAVE3 Sunrise News. She has also volunteered with Americorps & Metro United Way in Joplin, MO, Henryville, IN, & Moore, OK helping with recovery efforts in these tornado-ravaged communities. Kristine also enjoys participating in competitions & classes in shooting, survival techniques & womens self-defense.

Lynn has been in the dental field since 1995, after graduating from the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry with an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant license. She later updated her Expanded Duty skills at IUPUI in 2012. Lynn has been a wonderful part of our team on & off since 1997. Due to her husbands career, she has had the opportunity to work in other states, but happily keeps returning to work beside Dr. Dale & his amazing staff. She is our little boomerang.

Lynn is a wonderful assistant who we, as well as our patients, very much enjoy having a part of our dental family. She truly enjoys helping others & loves bringing a newfound confidence to our patients when it comes to their dental health. Lynn is very compassionate & welcomes everyone to our office with a big smile, just like family.

When Lynn is not with us here at Dale Family Dentistry, she enjoys spending time outdoors & at sporting events with her husband, Mark, & three remarkable kids, Whitney, Alex & Sydney, adorable grandson, Jaxon, & we cant forget her adorable pot-belly pig, Winston!

Suzette graduated from the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry in 1996 with an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant license. She has blessed many patients with her contagious smile & assisting skills in the field of dentistry for over 20 years. She has now been blessing our patients here at the Dale Family Dentistry since May of 2014.

Suzette has a wonderful son, Nick, & a dog, Buddy, whom they rescued eight years ago & who loves being a part of their family. Her son is on the high school football team & enjoys hunting, therefore, keeping her very busy with activities. When she is not busy with work or family, Suzette enjoys reading a good book on her back porch, watching a movie or going to a drag race.

Why I love working for Dale Family Dentistry: As a child, my mother worked as a dental assistant totaling 45 years, & it was an absolute blessing to work with her my first five years in the dental field. Helping people gain the beautiful, healthy smile theyve always wanted is what makes me happy. Great smiles are such a confidence builder for many individuals. Dr. Dale, Dr. Canal & our team feel exactly the same way I do! They are very professional & genuinely care for each & every patient. Dr. Dale uses his excellent knowledge, his care for people & his love for God in his dentistry & in his practice. This is a unique quality that is rare in todays dental field, but truly is what makes the patient experience at Dale Family Dentistry absolutely wonderful. Dr. Dale received his bachelors degree in chemistry with high distinction from Indiana University Southeast in 1985, when he was also the Chemistry Student of the Year. In 1989, Dr. Dale received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, again graduating with distinction, from Indiana University School of Dentistry. That same year, he was the recipient of the 1989 John F. Johnston Award for outstanding proficiency in fixed & removable partial prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, partial dentures, etc.). In 1990, Dr. Dale completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association & Indiana Dental Association & regularly attends continuing education conferences to stay current on all the latest dental materials & techniques.

As a Southern Indiana native, Dr. Dale enjoys serving his local community of New Albany & all of the surrounding areas. After practicing dentistry for 30 years, Dr. Dale still loves going to work every day, educating his patients about their dental health & helping them attain their best smile possible. It is important to him to listen carefully to each patients needs & wants & to offer personalized treatment for each of his valued patients.

Dr. Dale & his wife, Theresa, have been happily married for 27 years & were blessed with two wonderful children, Alex & Matthew. Matthew is a proud alumni of Purdue University & is now enjoying his new career in the Dental Marketing field. Alex is now married to a terrific young man, Quinn. Both are proud graduates of the University of Louisville & are the blessed parents of Dr. Dale & Theresas first grand-daughter, Sadie.

Dr. Dale & his family have been proud, active members of Southeast Christian Church since 1991. They attend the Indiana Campus of Southeast Christian Church, where Dr. Dale has been a dedicated volunteer in the traffic department of the Indiana Campus since its opening in 2009. You will often find him greeting the church guests in their cars with a big smile every Sunday morning, come rain or shine!

Dr. Dale has written & published The Bible Guide, a guide for reading the Bible in one year. He has also written several devotions that have been published in Creation Magazine & enjoys studying & writing his paraphrased version of the books of the Bible called the UKV (Uncle Kenny Version) in his spare time. He has also developed the dental-related financial software currently being used in our office to help our patients with their financial needs.
