Dr. Allen is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree fromThe University of Alabama and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from The University of Alabama School of Dentistry at UAB. Dr. Allen has practiced dentistry in Madison, Alabama for over30 years. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Alabama Dental Association. He is married to Dr. Cindy Rees Allen. They have three sons and one daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching Alabama football.

Susan is a graduate of the Alabama Dental Hygiene program at The University of Alabama in Birmingham. She has been in the dental profession for over 25 years. Ten of those years have been asOffice Administrator. Susan is married with two adult children, three granddaughters and one grandson. She enjoys reading, traveling to Europe and Puerto Rico as well as spending time with family.
Karen is a graduate of the Alabama Dental Hygiene program at The University of Alabama in Birmingham. She has been in the dental profession for over 25 years. Karen is married with one son. She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Amy is a graduate of the Alabama Dental Hygiene program at The University of Alabama in Birmingham. She has been in the dental profession over 18 years. Amy is married with two daughters. She enjoys traveling with her family and seeing her youngest daughter cheer.
