Dr. Allen is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree fromThe University of Alabama and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from The University of Alabama School of Dentistry at UAB. Dr. Allen has practiced dentistry in Madison, Alabama for over30 years. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Alabama Dental Association. He is married to Dr. Cindy Rees Allen. They have three sons and one daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching Alabama football.

Our staff is highly skilled, uniquely trained and aims to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient! Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each team member has been with our practice anywhere from 10-25 years! We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advancements by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Susan is a graduate of the Alabama Dental Hygiene program at The University of Alabama in Birmingham. She has been in the dental profession for over 25 years. Ten of those years have been asOffice Administrator. Susan is married with two adult children, three granddaughters and one grandson. She enjoys reading, traveling to Europe and Puerto Rico as well as spending time with family.
Karen is a graduate of the Alabama Dental Hygiene program at The University of Alabama in Birmingham. She has been in the dental profession for over 25 years. Karen is married with one son. She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Amy is a graduate of the Alabama Dental Hygiene program at The University of Alabama in Birmingham. She has been in the dental profession over 18 years. Amy is married with two daughters. She enjoys traveling with her family and seeing her youngest daughter cheer.
Denise is a graduate of the Alabama Dental Hygiene program at The University of Alabama in Birmingham. She has been in the dental profession over 17 years. Denise is married with two boys. She enjoys traveling and watching her boys play football and baseball.
Alisa is a graduate of the Alabama Dental Hygiene program at The University of Alabama in Birmingham. She has been in the dental profession for over 24 years. Alisa is married with two children. She enjoys traveling and attending Alabama football games.

Dr. Allen and his entire staff treat all their patients with the utmost of care and grace. They create an atmosphere of attention to details of safety with sterile protocol regarding our current COVID-19 guidelines without losing their personal family feel atmosphere. Our family has been clients of Dr. Allen for over 23 years and consider them our family.

I had not been to the dentist in a long time, Dr. Allen and his wonderful staff made me feel extremely comfortable at my visit. They answered all questions and concerns I had. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr.Allen and his office.

Love going to see Dr. Dale Allen and his staff every six months! They are all so friendly and make sure you have the best experience possible from the moment you walk in to the second you leave. I have been going to him since I was 6 years old and I am now 28 and could not ask for a better dentist. I recommend him to EVERYONE.

Dr Allen has been my dentist for over 20 years, I actually look forward to my appointments! The staff is wonderful. The equipment is state of the art. One thing that I really appreciate is that when they are actually working on my teeth they don't try to have a conversation! That may sound silly but it's a little difficult to respond with your mouth open. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a good experience at the dentist.
