Sheri has been with this dental office since it opened in 2002. Sheri is married to Mike and has two grown children. They have lived in Bismarck since 1997. She enjoys being outdoors and working in her flower garden, and she loves being on the river during the summer months. She enjoys her daily interactions with everyone who comes into the office.
Aleisha has been with Dakota Family Smiles since July 2020. She comes to us with a healthcare background. Her hobbies include cooking, crafting, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Dana has been working at the dental office since 2015. She enjoys being part of the Dakota Family Smiles team. Her hobbies are spending time with her husband, Brock, and their three daughters. She loves to go camping, explore the outdoors and go on jogs with their family dog.
Allison has been working as a dental hygienist at Dakota Family Smiles since May of 2009. She graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with both her dental assisting certification and her associate degree in dental hygiene in 2009. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening and scrapbooking. Allison also enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their three sons.
Carla has been working as a registered dental hygienist at Dakota Family Smiles since July of 2007, when she graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College with an associate degree in dental hygiene. Her hobbies include watching and playing sports, building projects, and spending time with her husband, Derek, and their four children.
Laura has been working as a registered dental hygienist for Dakota Family Smiles since November 2020. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2015. In her time away from work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. Lauras hobbies include doing CrossFit, cooking, going to the river and spending time at the lake.
Brittany started working at Dakota Family Smiles in June of 2017. She is a 2016 graduate from the North Dakota State College of Science and is a registered dental assistant. She enjoys riding horses, junk shopping, attending team roping with her husband and spending time with her family. Brittany loves playing with her puppy, Dolly. She also keeps busy doing beadwork for belts.
Crystal is a registered dental assistant who graduated from Hibbing Community College. She started working at Dakota Family Smiles in September 2020. Crystal is from Maple Grove, Minnesota, and moved to Bismarck in 2014. Crystal is married to Justin and has two boys. In her spare time, Crystal loves to spend time with her family and watch her husband and kids play hockey. She also loves to travel and decorate.
Kayla started working here in February 2019. She is a registered dental assistant and graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science in 2010. She enjoys socializing, spending time with her friends and family, and being outdoors with her dogs. She is married to Kyle and has two children.

This clinic goes above & beyond for their patients! We are new patients and needed an urgent appointment. Dakota Family Smiles got us right in the same day due to a cancellation. I came in with my toddler who is autistic and the entire staff was so helpful and welcoming to us. They were patient and helped me when I needed it most. Thank you all so much!!! You truly have the best service!

Very efficient! If my appointment is scheduled for 8 a.m., I'm in the chair being seen at 8 a.m.! Very friendly as well.

Staff and doctors are some of the best. Everyone at this office is extremely nice and goes out of their way for the individual being seen. One of the few in town that will take our dental insurance, which is a huge plus!

Everyone is friendly. It can be six months since last visit and they remember you and past conversations. Staff make me feel calm, when other places make me anxious.

Can't thank them enough for the wonderful experience I had! I needed to get my broken crown replaced and they went above and beyond. I was so nervous but they explained everything and made me feel at ease every step of the way. My crown came out perfect, even better than my old one!

I'm so thankful, to have found a great dentist in my network for insurance. They squeezed me in when I had a chunk of a tooth fall off and took excellent care of me! Will be scheduling my kids there for their next cleanings for sure!

Always a pleasure visiting them. Today I went in with a baby and we both had a warm reception. My baby became fussy, in the middle of my teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist stopped what she was doing and allowed me to breastfeed him. No frowning faces, just polite sweet words.

Laura was very friendly and personable while doing a great job with my teeth cleaning. Brock was also very friendly. He explained everything that was going on with me teeth and why he was doing what he was doing which shows that their team cares to keep their patients informed about their oral health and the reasoning for what they do instead of just doing something and you not understanding why. First visit, I have no complaints and will continue to visit Dakota Family Smiles in the future.

I have been going to Dakota Family Smiles for 3ish years now and it has always been a great experience!! Excellent staff and always personable. But, it was not until a recent crisis of mine where they really thrived!! I had a major tooth ache, major enough to skip my morning run and I was unable to drink my coffee. I called at 8 a.m. and they got me an appointment at 10:20 to see me. I usually see Dr. Brock Oukrop (who is so great), but his schedule was full...so my appointment was with Dr. Jordan Brummond. He was able to diagnose the pain and determine what the root cause was (pun intended there). Turns out, I needed a root canal. He got to work right away and I was home by noon eating lunch and finally drinking my coffee, pain free!!! Dr. Jordan Brummond was excellent, professionally and personally!! Would recommend. 5/5 Stars!!

We love our Dakota Family Smiles Team!! You are always greeted by Sheri with a smile and she always remembers your name and life happenings. We have experienced every hygienist and they are all wonderful! My son loves Carla! Dr Brock and Dr Just are always so personable! We recommend DFS to everyone!

Very gentle dentist. Very competent, friendly staff. I needed to have a filling replaced and a crown made. They were able to do the complete procedure in one visit. I didn't realize how much that tooth was affecting me until it was repaired. Glad I came to this dentist!
