Lauren Ashburn, DDS graduated with honors from University of Minnesotas School of Dentistry. Joining an amazing team like the one we have at Dakota Dental has been a career goal for Dr. Ashburn. Her energetic personality, great communication skills and an eye for attention to detail lend to her ability to deliver quality, comfortable, compassionate dental care to our patients.
Dr. Ashburn was born and raised in Ocean City, MD, a small coastal resort town where her parents are respected members of the dental community. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband, Gavin and their beloved furry family. In her time away from the office she enjoys strength training, yoga, trying new restaurants, traveling to Aruba, and spending lots of time with their Golden Retriever, family, and friends.
Bennett Isabella, DDS,attended Marquette University and was accepted after three years into the Marquette University School of Dentistry. After graduation, he moved back to Apple Valley, MN where he grew up, to start seeing patients in private practice where he grew up and can help inside the community, he has life ties with. He has always had an interest in dentistry and has pursued continuing education with the very top professionals in the field. Dr. Isabella has consistently done 100 hours or more to stay at the top of his profession. Dr. Isabella completed the Dawson Academys full curriculum to allow him to provide complete dental reconstructions. In 2013, he began lecturing to other dentists both locally and nationally on the placement and restoration of dental implants. He was inducted in the 40 under 40 top dentists in the nation in 2018 and has been included in MN Monthly magazines Top Dentist list multiple times. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and Academy of General Dentistry.
While in dental school, Dr. Isabella finished his first Ironman Triathlon. Since then he has completed three more including Hawaii, has two National Championship titles, is a four-time triathlon All-American, and has represented Team USA for the International Triathlon Union World Championships. Ultra running is his new passion, completing multipe 100-mile trail races including the Western States 100. And his greatest support is his wife, Jessica, and two sons Oliver and Weston.
Kyndra Weber, DDS is a compassionate and gentle dentist who strives to make every patient feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair. Her passion for dentistry is centered around building lasting relationships with her patients while individualizing the care they receive to optimize their oral and systemic health. She is dedicated to providing quality dental care to patients of all ages.
Dr. Weber is a Minnesota native, having grown up in Eagan. She attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln for her undergraduate studies. She then attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While in dental school, Dr. Weber distinguished herself through her academic success, research experience, leadership roles, volunteer experience, and graduating with high distinction. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association and the St. Paul District Dental Society. Dr. Weber enjoys expanding her knowledge and skills through continuing education courses and has particular interests in implant dentistry, infant/pediatric dentistry and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Weber currently resides in Eagan with her husband Ryan and three children, Tenley, Emmett and Isaiah. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, exploring local restaurants, reading and making connections within her community. She is excited to be a part of the Dakota Dental team and cannot wait to meet you!
We are quite proud of the different look and feel that our dental office near Apple Valley, MN exudes. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and at home while visiting our dental clinic. Our waiting room welcomes you with comfy leather furniture, a fully stocked snack counter and a soothing environment to help you relax. Children can enjoy our play space made just for them. There are dozens of books, puzzles and toys to help them enjoy their trip to the dentist.
Fluoride is a natural element that helps strengthen tooth enamel and prevent decay. Every day minerals are lost off a tooths enamel due to bacteria and sugars. In fact, Fluoride is so important, that it is often added to a citys drinking water, which is the case in the suburbs surrounding our Apple Valley dentist office. Childrens dental services such as fluoride treatments help prevent enamel decay.
Fluoride treatments are optional, but strongly encouraged at Dakota Dental Center. It helps keep teeth strong and dental work clean from bacteria. Most childrens dentist offices will recommend fluoride treatments at each cleaning. Your kids and dentist will have a conversation prior to the treatment so they will better understand how the fluoride will help them maintain healthy teeth. Fluoride treatments are pain-free and recommended for both children and adults.

I recently visited Dakota Dental to take care of some issues I had pre-Covid. I had heard testimonials on the radio. As we know words are sometimes just words. However, one of my favorite things about this dental office is how everyone goes out of their way to be professional, caring and extremely nice. They speak to me like they've known me for years. I received a written thank you note from the dentist I was having discussions with about future treatments, Kyndra Weber. As far as I'm concerned that is first class alone. My cleaning with a hygienist named Brook was the gentlest cleaning I've experience. If you're looking for a new dental office look no further. I feel comfortable and at ease knowing that I'm in good hands. Dr. Weber is honest and straight forward. She speaks "to me" rather than "at me". All staff members are friendly. I highly recommend Dakota Dental to anyone looking for care.

My daughter had a procedure done here. We had a great experience and everyone was super nice. Until the procedure was completed. I was assured they were submitting the paperwork to insurance (we got preapproved for the procedure). Months later, when I had still not received reimbursement from my insurance company, I reached out to my insurance company who said that nothing was ever submitted. I tried reaching out to Dakota Dental (Tammy was our Dentist's coordinator of benefits) and could not get a response from them. I finally called and was told that someone else was taking over that and she would be sure to be in touch with me, and she never was. It's so upsetting that it has to come to me leaving a bad review since the dentist was great.

This is an "A" Team! Always efficient, concerned, Nikki really cares about me as a patient. Im happy with the amazing work of Dr Isabel as Nikki as his assistant! Excellent top of the line establishment! Grateful to trust someone professional. Also sign up for the discount plan . You do save alot of money and get two cleanings with it. 15 percent off all procedures. Totally worth it at the Right Clinic! Happy Here!!

Very professional and extremely responsive. I had an urgent need to be seen and Dakota Dental was able to get me in at 8am the day after I called in. After meeting with the Dr. Lauren and some testing to diagnose the source of my discomfort they were able to adjust their schedule to immediately accommodate the procedure that resolved the problem I was having. I had seen a different dentist at a different clinic 2 days prior and did not agree with their diagnosis so I wanted a second opinion. I am so glad I contacted Dakota Dental because Dr Lauren found the real problem and it was much less invasive than the first diagnosis that I received. I don't know their titles but Vanessa assisted Dr Lauren and their were 2 other people that provided assistance while I was there and everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you again Dakota Dental for your outstanding customer care.

If it weren't for the incredible Dr. Isabella and the entire staff including all of the amazing ladies at the front desk, I would still be in excruciating pain all weekend and unable to sleep. I have a 7 month old baby girl and an 8 year old daughter and can't afford to not be at my best for them. This team was nothing but accommodating and worked hard to fit me into Dr. Isabella's schedule over at the Dental Surgery facility in Bloomington on a Friday morning, the same Friday morning in which I left a sobbing voicemail at 4am due to severe tooth pain. Very honest and upfront with what your treatment options are and the cost to you after insurance. Dr. Isabella has high level ability to explain and interpret things in a way that his patients can understand with confidence. This IS the the superior dental practice, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental office to call home. I will forever return to Dakota Dental!

I can't say enough great things about Dakota Dental and Wellness Center! Everyone is fantastic! From Jill, Tammy, and Jackie at the front desk; to Julie, Brooke, and Vanessa who did my initial visit; to Dr. Ashburn with her awesome personality and answering all my questions during my exam; to my hygienist Allie who was super friendly, gentle, and answered a bunch of questions for advice on the best ways to care for my teeth on a daily basis. All of you have made me feel more than welcome as a new patient and I'm thrilled I found you for my dental needs!!

I arrived 2 minutes before my appointment and waited 1 minute before being taken back to a room. I had a fairly serious procedure that needed to be done, and was out the door an hour and 4 minutes after I arrived. All of the staff was super friendly and professional. Dr. Isabella was born to be an oral surgeon, as far as I'm concerned. I can't recommend Dakota Dental enough.

By far the best dentist I've ever been to. Easy to book an appointment. They got me in within 2 days. I needed a follow up appointment which got booked 3 days after the initial appointment. (Another mediocre dentist initially booked 2 months out when I needed something right away, not these guys) That was a big plus in my book. Then they were the most welcoming and nicest people in the office as well as in the chair. I have never had a great experience at a dentist until now.
