Meet Hailey, our office manager. Hailey can answer any questions you have regarding your insurance or treatment plan. She makes sure that the office is running smoothly on a daily basis. She is determined that all of our patients have exceptional care from the moment they walk through our door. Hailey received her bachelors degree from Michigan State University. She moved to Florida after graduating and from there to Dallas. She has been a part of the Dazzle Dental team since 2010. She is happily married with two beautiful daughters. She enjoys the outdoors, reading, cooking and spending quality time with family.
Hanh has been working with Dr. Nguyen since 2007. She is proud to be part of Dazzles administrative team and is also a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). Hanh carries multiple roles in the office from handling insurance billing, to book keeping, to treatment coordinating and public relations. With her experience she helps maintain a comfortable and smooth running office. Hanh is committed to the overall patient experience. She loves being a part of the practice. Best of all, she loves the interaction she has with our patients and has developed longlasting relationships with so many of them. Hanh currently lives in Flower Mound, TX with her husband and two children, a boy and a girl. When she is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking and shopping. She looks forward to meeting you and your family!
This is Rachelle, Dazzles hygienist. She loves being a part of the Dazzle Dental team helping our patients maintain their healthy smiles. She is a native Southern Californian who received her education in West Michigan where she obtained her degree from Grand Valley State University and GRCC. In addition to her expertise in dental hygiene, she also has experience as an orthodontic assistant. Rachelle moved to Texas and became a member of the Dazzle Dental team in 2010. She currently resides in Lewisville with her husband and four kids. Painting, running and soaking up sun by the pool are some of her favorite free time activities.

The experience he gained from years of private practice and military sectors has advanced his talent to provide an array of services of comprehensive dentistry for adult and children. Dr. Johnie M. Nguyen graduated magna cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He then went on to earn his doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in May 2002. Shortly after 9/11, his patriotism geared him toward service in the armed forces and volunteered in the Army. He served as a Captain in the US Army Dental Command and was stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. He is a combat veteran who deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. A twelve month deployment was spent in Kuwait with the mission of caring for the dental needs of military soldiers so they could be combat ready. He continues to serve in the Army Reserves, holding the rank of Major.
After completion of his service obligation, he moved to the Dallas Metroplex. He associated in South Dallas in a group practice before residing and practicing in Flower Mound. The experience gained from years of rigorous training and practice in the private and military sectors enable him to provide an array of services that range from complex wisdom teeth removal to root canal treatment, implants, restorative, orthodontics and cosmetic procedures. He has studied with some of the most prominent educators and world renowned specialists in the area of aesthetic, advance restorative, implant dentistry and orthodontics. His artistic skills, attention to detail and advance training has allowed him to give his patients a beautiful, natural smiles that they can be proud of.
Dr. Nguyen is a proud father of a boy and girl. Aside from spending time with his family, he likes to weight train and run. He is a member of the USA Fencing and enjoys fencing at the local club as well as fencing competitively in foil. He has been participating in the Rock N Roll 1/2 Marathon for the past several years.
Dr. Nguyen is rapidly becoming known as Flower Mound areas leading dentist. With a commitment to keeping up-to-date with the latest advancement in dentistry and an emphasizes on patient comfort, Dr. Nguyen is dedicated to providing his patients the best quality of care. Dr. Tiffany Drew was born and raised in a U.S Navy family and is a native Puerto Rican. In 2007, she moved to Indianapolis to pursue her childhood dream to become a dentist and attended Purdue University. Dr. Drew received a Valedictorian Scholarship and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2011. She then attended Indiana University School of Dentistry and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree 2015, in the top of her graduating class. During her academic career at Indiana University, she dedicated herself to research with the Oral Biology department and served as a leader of the Hispanic Dental Association. Before associating with Dr. Nguyen at Dazzle Dental Care, she practiced in the Dallas Metroplex for a Dental Practice Management Company. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Dallas County Dental Society.
Dr. Drew and her husband currently reside in Flower Mound, Texas. Dr.Drew enjoys spending time outdoors, and gardening to bring natures beauty into her home. She and her husband love to discover new places together, and always take time to visit her family in Puerto Rico.
