A Springfield native and graduate of Greenwood Laboratory School, Dr. Alan M. Rosen received a BA degree from Rice University in 1991. After a three-year career touring as a professional golfer, Dr. Rosen turned his efforts and focus to dentistry graduating with honors from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry.
Since graduating in 2002 Dr. Rosen has immersed himself in hundreds of hours of continuing education including five intense week-long courses at the prestigious Pankey Institute. He has also taken courses at the Dawson Academy and Scottsdale Center.
Cosmetics and Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders have been Dr. Rosens primary post-graduate educational focus which led him to the Texas Center for Occlusal Studies (TXCOS) where he trained every 2 months in Dallas, TX, for almost two years. TXCOS is where Dr. Rosen learned the science and art of BioRejuvenation dentistry; a process using addition (bonding) dentistry in order to build the entire mouth to an ideal form and function without touching the patients natural teeth.
Dr. Rosen has also completed his Standard Proficiency Dental Laser Certification in both Er:Yag and Nd:Yag wavelengths and he is a dental product evaluator. He has attended the Engel Institute and learned guided 3D implant placement. Dr. Rosen is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Missouri Dental Association, and the Greater Springfield Dental Society serving as President in 2008-2009.
Dr. Rosen has been married to Darla since 1995. They have two daughters, Alexandra Grace and Reagan Olivia, and a son Benjamin Arthur. He has been a member of the Southeast Rotary Club since 2004 and has served as Greenwood Laboratory School Alumni Association President. He enjoys various forms of physical fitness, and is passionate about cycling, scuba diving, cooking BBQ on his Big Green Egg, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Daily graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Science degree, then attended dental school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He and his wife Sharon moved to Springfield in 1970. For 3 1/2 years Dr. Daily operated and managed a dental clinic for children in the old City Hospital on the Cox North campus.
In January 1971, he also started private practice at this present location. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Acadamy of Implant Dentists, the Missouri Dental Association and the Greater Springfield Area Dental Society. He served the Springfield Dental Society as president in 1981-1982. It was during his tenure that fluoride was voted into Springfields water supply and he was very actively involved in that campaign. He and Sharon reside in Springfield and have raised three daughters; Darla is married to Dr. Rosen. Debra is married to Tom Brookhart from Branson and Diane is married to Mark Gelner of Springfield. There are currently seven grandchildren, but the family is still growing.
