Had a wonderful experience here since they opened until today. I called to discuss a claim from Cigna that I received for a simple cleaning under my new insurance and the person whom answered the phone was the most unprofessional individual I've dealt with in many years. While explaining the situation to her, she fully interrupted to put me on hold while in mid sentence! She got back to me and just acted like nothing happened. When I expressed concern over her rudeness she just said 'well, I had a patient in front of me.' Completely without remorse and incredibly unhelpful. Now it's on me to research why Cigna has charged me $106 for something that's supposed to be 100% covered thanks to this individual not offering to help at all! My days at DD are over for sure as a patient. Unfortunate how one's attitude can destroy years of patronage.

I went in for my first exam and cleaning in may years a few days ago. They were very respectful and not pushy at all. My hygienist was pleasant and thorough. The office is very clean and the front staff were really helpful. I was in and out quick and look forward to going back.

I used to recommend daily dental to EVERYONE. I thought they were great after receiving a free cleaning. but after that, i was told I needed 3 crowns, so I listened and got them done. I was frustrated and had to pay around $3k out of pocket, but was told they should last around 10 years. its also worth mentioning- my PERMANENT crown was loose about 2 weeks after being put in so when I went back in to get it fixed up, the dentist was very rude and demanded to know where I got this done. I told him HERE. SMH. he was very rough with my tooth and unkind. also worth noting- my husband went in for a cleaning with his teeth never bothering him whatsoever. they said he needed to have a couple cavities filled, so he did. since then- his teeth are constantly hurting and very sensitive... Fast forward to 3-4 years later. (NOW) I go in for a check up at a different dentist due to lots of sensitivity and a bad taste in my mouth constantly. they tell me I need 2 new crowns. the previous crowns DD put in were not put on properly and are wearing down faster than usual- causing food to get under 1 crown and causing it to give me the awful taste, and the other was from my crown being ill fitting and a root being exposed. I called DD and asked about pricing and if Id receive some form of discount since i was told these crowns should last me about 10 years- the receptionist was NO help. since this experience, I've learned of a few more people who were affected by their sloppy work and I urge you- AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I went for my 2nd teeth cleaning at this office today. Very clean office. Everyone is really nice. Never thought I'd say this but, my hygenist Stormy was the best part of my day. Its nice to be able to talk and laugh. I dont think anyone truly enjoys the dentist but she really made an impression on me (pun intended).

If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to make an appointment. The person that answered the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Can't believe the Dr is okay with her representing his practice!!

Most Convenient, Efficient, Organized and Happiest Dentist Award goes to the Spring Hill office of Daily Dental! I had a great experience with the entire office for all my Root canal needs! I will be using this office for all of my Dental needs in the future! Thanks Doc and Ladies!!

Came in today for a cleaning as a new pt. Office was super cute and clean. The staff was very professional and efficient. I really liked the hygientist. She was so nice and she was gentle but was thorough. The dentist there didn't waste my time. Just told me what I needed to do and when to foolow up. No sales pressure for stuff you don't need and I really appreciate that these days. I was really impressed!

Absolutely amazing. I am not only 30 weeks pregnant but have a huge fear of the dentist the staff was absolutely wonderful and made me feel safe and secure with the procedure I had to do and the plan we have in place. The biggest thing that stood out for me is that Dr. Tilley and the staff were more concerned about the safety of my child than they were making a pay check. So we built a plan that we are all comfortable with to get me on the right track without harming the baby. Katie was his assistant and she was the biggest sweet heart I have ever met. She talked me through absolutely everything and made the process so smooth. I would recommend this place EVERY DAY.

I initially visited a little over a month ago for problematic teeth and Dr Tilley was very kind and referred me to an endodontics specialist but also gave me an antibiotic to help ward off infection since I have to wait for insurance to kick in in the new year in order to afford the procedures I need. I called yesterday as I've been in a lot of pain and experiencing swelling and there was no doctor in but McKenna was helpful and attempted to call a doctor in their other location to get me an antibiotic to help me over the weekend, but he was unwilling for some odd reason. She told me to call back tomorrow and see if Dr Tilley was in to help. I called back today and got someone different on the phone and unfortunately she was incredibly rude and lacked any kind of empathy, which is unfortunate for someone in her position. I explained my situation and she basically read a script "A patient can not get an antibiotic without seeing the provider first", but then proceeded to tell me no doctor is in so there's nothing she can do for me. No other options. When I explained that I have a lot of pain and swelling she told me "Well go to urgent care if it's that bad and they'll give you an IV". I shouldn't have to go to a second doctor when I've already paid a decent amount of money for one to assess my teeth. I'd assume this was a continuation of the plan that we made for my dental care (which is a long term plan). And to be treated as though I was asking for narcotics is insulting. This individual working at the office today (Saturday 12/18) needs to be retrained or find a new job in which she isn't dealing with people who are in pain. I am sadly left to sit in pain for the entire weekend until I can find a new dentist Monday. I would leave one star based on my experience today, but I did like Dr Tilley and McKenna so I'll generously leave two stars.

I never went in person. I've been looking for a new local dentist and unfortunately my crown chipped. A friend told me they were open so I looked them and and saw great reviews. I called on a Saturday and the lady didn't let me finish a sentence. Once she realized I've never been there before all she said was "best we can do is Monday" I've never felt so rushed in my life. She didn't ask for any other information, I was left completely speechless. Best advice I can give is to call during the week

This past Saturday I had a serious tooth emergency and, as in the past, their entire staff does everything they can to accommodate you. Unfortunately, they were unable to do this special extraction in their Spring Hill location, so they arranged for their doctors at the Belle Meade location to perform this procedure. Could not even believe that they were as nice, accommodating and professional as those in Spring Hill! They also worked with my insurances to get us an affordable option. I cannot say enough about this Stellar group of skilled dentists, hygienists and office staff! Many thanks to all!

I had the best cleaning I have ever had today. Kristin was so gentle and thorough. My teeth feel wonderfu! I also had a great exam by Dr. Harrision. Very helpful office. Definitely reccomend.

Go somewhere else besides this place. They have become quite prideful since their business is now "established." I've had services done there and today, my husband was seen for an emergency extraction. When he sees me after, he tells me he had to ask for more numbing medicine and he was still in pain during extraction. I look at his prescriptions and there's nothing given for pain. I walk in to speak to them and Dr Tilley appears with report of an "easy" extraction. And he will not be giving my husband anything as "if he needed something else, I would be highly shocked." The owner's son is working up front and asks if he can do anything. What you can do is get a new clinical director and stop extracting people's teeth without providing them any pain relief. Better yet, you should have a director that actually numb patient's mouths. He could have at least offered a Toradol script at minimal. You have lost our business and everyone else we know that uses your facility. If Dr Tilley in your room to treat you there, run down the street to another business. I'm sure you will be treated like a patient ought to be somewhere else. ps to owner's son: please do not take the time to type an apology out.

We've been attending here for only a short time, but have been very impressed. All of the staff are super nice and open to any questions I've had, and they've also been great with our young kids. Speaking of -- at my last kids' appointment, I asked about an issue I'd been experience with some work they had recently done. I expected to need to schedule a separate appointment just to have that check out. But instead, they were able to pull me after my kids were wrapped up, and they took the time to check it out and talk through what it might be. I didn't at all expect that and was very, very pleased with their eagerness to serve at that level.

*update-owner reached out and resolved this issue. Thankful for the ownership's quick response. Would not help under emergency situation with abscess told the. Kids have had to get teeth sealed twice. We will not be returning I would like owner information, please.
