Dr. Curtis Dailey has been practicing as an orthodontist since 2002. He also completed specialty training as a pediatric dentist. This dual training is one of the ways Dr. Dailey goes the extra mile when it comes to providing you with the best orthodontic experience.

Dr. Curtis completed his undergraduate studies at Hampden-Sydney College and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After dental school, Dr. Curtis completed a general dental residency at the University of Virginia. Following this residency, he received his certificate in Orthodontics from The Childrens National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

Stormy is our Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator. Stormy has been in the orthodontic field for over 25+ years and has worked in every position in both the clinical and administrative areas. She and her husband Gary have been married for more than 25 years; they have three grown children and five grandchildren, all residing in the area. In their spare time, they enjoy gardening, trips to the mountains, hiking, kayaking, and spending quality time with their family and friends. Stormy also loves art and design, many of her acrylic pour paintings are hanging in homes of friends, family and art lovers alike!

Nikki is our Observation Treatment Coordinator for our 7 and up Kids Club and an expert clinical assistant. She is well versed in all aspects of our practice and can easily step into any role, which makes her invaluable to us! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her son Chase keeps her on her toes! Nikki also enjoys going to the beach, local festivals and having downtime!

Michelle Brindle has been with our orthodontic office since September 1999 as an orthodontic assistant. Michelles willingness to help out in any capacity makes her a valuable team member! She also keeps track of inventory to ensure we have everything we need for our patients. Michelle enjoys building wonderful relationships and creating beautiful smiles with our patients. She loves spending time with her husband, Richie, and their son, Kody. During baseball season you will find them in the field!

Christy has been a part of our team since 2010 when she began her orthodontic career as our scheduling coordinator. She quickly excelled and now serves as our Financial/Insurance Coordinator, and is an expert at answering all of your insurance questions. Christy is a lifelong resident of Hampton and holds degrees from CNU and ODU. In her free time, she enjoys making homemade greeting cards, being an active member of her church, going out on movie nights, and spending time with friends.

Sheri has been a Clinical Assistant since 2000. In addition to being an experienced orthodontic assistant, she serves as our Clinical Supervisor, keeping our clinical area running smoothly and efficiently. She has lived in Virginia since 1999 and is originally from Tennessee. She likes to spend her spare time running 5Ks, camping and enjoying the outdoors. Sheri and her husband have one daughter, Ally, and two dogs, Ruby and Chloe.

Kellie is our Scheduling Coordinator, she is one of the first voices you will hear when you call and one of the first smiling faces you will see at Dailey Orthodontics. An Oklahoma native who has been with us a total of 19 years, Kellie is an expert at making the schedule work to maximum efficiency! Her husband, Shon, recently retired from the Air Force and then decided to call Hampton Roads their home! Kellie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Sophia! She also loves her adorable cat, Max!

Heather has been with our team since 2017. She has a strong customer service background and always has a warm smile for all she encounters. You will see her sitting alongside Kellie at the front desk. Her fathers military career brought her and her family to Yorktown 22 years ago, which was the perfect place for her because of her love for the beach! She and her fianc, Justin enjoy all outdoor activities (especially fishing) as well as get-togethers with friends and family.

Alexis Lexi also started with us in 2017. Her dental training in school and the good things she heard from her sister Nikki made her decide that orthodontics was the path for her as well! She quickly picked up on all the skills necessary to give her patients the best quality care. Lexi also keeps our 3D printing lab running smoothly. Lexi enjoys family time, the beach and her career in orthodontics! She loves creating beautiful smiles!

Candice joined the team in 2019. She came to us with 2+ years of orthodontic experience and has proven to fit right in with our team. She is a North Carolina native, her husband proudly serves in our military. They have one son, Cash. Candice enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Lauren also joined us in 2019. As an apprentice, she started working in our sterilization area, she quickly got her certification in radiographs and moved on to taking x-rays. She is now also an integral part of our records process, taking excellent photos and has mastered the art of 3D scanners! Her goal is to become one of our technicians and with her drive and ambition, you will see her at the chair soon! In her spare time, she enjoys baking and is a music lover.
