My first time at this dentist. Needed an emergency extraction. The Dr was very efficient, and had a sense of humor and good bedside manner. Staff was friendly and speedy. Appointment was at 3, and I was out by 4. I am very happy I found them, and will be making them my regular dentist. Highly recommended!

I cannot warn people enough to stay away from this establishment. I have been a client here for years and truly have had nothing but problems created by this dentist. She performed a root canal that was not completed properly, crowned my tooth and the tooth underneath began to decay. When I went back to her office to have her examine the tooth, she doubted all of my concerns and told me my pain could be from nerve damage? Do you mean nerve damage that you more than likely created? I had to go to a specialist because no local dentists would retreat a root canal that was already treated. She offered me NO help, actually she gave me referrals to specialists that my insurance does not even cover. It took me days to call from dentist to dentist to find one that would retreat my tooth. After this retreatment, I was told to go back to my dentist would be permanently cement my tooth on, with the old crown that did not work initially. This was a crown that did not fit my tooth any longer, had decay underneath, and she dropped onto the floor prior to re-attaching it into my mouth. From the day I had my initial root canal treatment which cost me over 1k from Dahlia, my tooth is not okay. I'm still facing issues due to her negligence and will have to go through yet another treatment to get this crown removed, and a new crown molded on. Dahlia Dental has cost me countless days of pain, several thousand dollars in bills from a single tooth. She does not care if your problem gets solved correctly. This was only the worst experience, not the only bad experience. Stay far away, and to the dentist - you really need to care about your patients more. This is not a good practice.

I WOULD HAVE highly recommended Dahlia Dental; but then they dropped taking my husband's Medicaid coverage, effectively discriminating against the disabled. My husband was a hero fireman hurt thru no fault of his own, and grew up next to the highly Uranium polluted pentagon facility NL Industries in Albany NY.

SECOND TIME MY MOTHER HAS BEEN THERE, SECOND TIME SHE HAS LEFT IN PAIN! THIS TIME SHE HAD TO GO TO THE ER BECAUSE OF THE EXTREME PAIN THIS "DOCTOR " PUT HER IN! HORRIBLE PLACE! IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING QUIT PRACTICING! STOP PUTTING PEOPLE IN PAIN! YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR PUT THATS THE ONLY WAY TO LEAVE YOU A REVIEW! SUPER P*SSED DAUGHTER!

Have heard several occasions where Dahlia has RUINED her patients teeth. Then decided to be rude when they request help to fix it in any way. Talks another language when her patients are terrified. Says to raise your hand if you're in pain then when you do she says you're fine.

I went to get a cleaning at Dahlia last week. The dentist and another woman talked about personal things the whole time while she cleaned my teeth. She was very rough while picking at my teeth. She left dried blood in between my teeth at the end of the appointment and didn't even floss. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Having severe anxiety, finding a dentist who truly cared was hard. I have never been to a dentist where I have felt more comfortable. Dr. McNeal makes sure to explain fully if you have any questions. The whole entire staff is friendly and makes sure that you're comfortable! I'd recommend Dahlia Dental to everyone!

My kids went there as new pts this year. When going they didnt even have my other son on schedule and said I never put him on. Which I did. Then saw both if them. Very rough for cleaning the kids said and they are teenagers. Went back today for my daughter for a filling and I double checked it 2 weeks ago and it was for today at 5. Well that is what they gave me. When I went they said I missed it and it was for yesterday. I know it was today. Now they said i owe a fee for not showing up. I know I had the right date. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

I went to a specific dentist for years, but had to find another dentist after mine retired. A friend of mine referred Dahlia Dental to me, and on my first visit, I found the entire staff to be so professional, comforting and caring. The office was extremely clean and neat. Dr. McNeal was very thorough and explains what she feels needs to be done. I walk out of all of my visits knowing that the best dentist did the work on my teeth. I will continue taking my entire family to Dahlia Dental.

I found Dahlia Dental after trying to find any other dentist than Aspen. Dr. McNeal is very kind and thorough. She and her staff are very upfront about costs and procedures. The office is very nice and very clean.

I have extreme anxiety at dentists. Dr. doesn't do much to ease it even after asking her to explain everything she was doing. She also drilled the wrong tooth (dead tooth) and the filling fell out one week later. The Hygienist is great and the reason for a 2 star.

Dr McNeal is a very nice and caring dentist. I did a lot of research before going to her. The reviews and nightmares you hear from other local dentist establishments is scary. Everytime I have needed her in an emergency she has fit me in and done professional work. She is a DMD and an MD who I recommend often to those people I know needing a great, caring and professional dentist. And, she listens to classical music in the office. I can't wait to go back and see her.
