GREGG THANK YOU!!!!!! I went to this dentist. Great location. The office is beautiful, super clean, and welcoming. My nurse was amazing!!! She kept me laughing. Her service was amazing. I couldn't get care credit and was expecting to leave with nothing but another prescription BUT Mr Gregg came up with a solution!!!! He did my root canal and filling today!!! I've been dealing with this infected tooth for years and finally!!!! So many turned me away and could have cared less. I can't thank him enough. God bless you Gregg, my nurse and everyone at this office!!!

This Dentist was asked to replace a filling that had fallen out and was chosen because he was the only dentist that I could find that accepted Medico. He did a terrible job on the filling but then I gave him a second chance to fix a cavity in another area and he said he would not fix the cavity without doing a root canal on the tooth beside the simple filling. A horrible experience. My guess was money($1500 even with my insurance) and I left very unsatisfied and the next Dentist I saw said he actually broke the roots of the root canal tooth. Quack doc is the word

This place is great, and they take MetLife Dental insurance. I came in desperately needing an extraction after sitting on 2 problem molars for too long. They managed to squeeze me in as an early morning walk-in. Well kept facility, friendly staff. Anxiety is always high when it comes to things like this, but I had zero pain during and following my extractions which took less than an hour from entry to exit.

I lost my job because I cannot wear a mask on June 12 2020. Everything I had setup with this office I thought was thru denefits. Either way I knew it was all auto draft. I continued to make my payments despite not having a job until approx August 2021 or so Im told. I stopped receiving communication from the office sometime in the beginning of 2021 and thought my account was cleared and in good standing. In Dec of 2021 I was surprised when I received a large bill. I called the office every 2 weeks until February and left several messages. It took me 6 weeks of calling to get ahold of someone live in person. Noone ever returned my calls despite the multiple messages I left. When I finally got a live person, we discussed the bill, I explained my situation and asked for paperwork on the bill I recieved. I went to pick up the paperwork in person because I had not recieved communication in quite some time. I asked about services, medical exemptions for wearing a mask and even tried to make a payment. It wasn't much but $50 was literally all I had. The lady at the desk was short with me and would not take my payment or answer my questions about receiving services. She said she would talk to someone (Greg) I assume and call me. It is now April and I have not heard a word. I tried to start paying on my bill and was essentially refused. I am a human and I have lost nearly everything because I cannot wear a mask because of childhood trauma, this includes my right to proper medical care. I dont feel human much anymore. I feel discriminated against every day even with the restrictions going away I still cannot get the MRI I need to help fix my knee. I am at least back at work now and trying to catch up my life again and be a functioning member of society. The way I was treated for trying to begin making payments again was just not ok and the fact that this office refuses to communicate with me is ridiculous. I will find a new dentist despite my liking Dad and Doc prior to the pandemic but it is sad that they wouldn't even take the only money I had to give in an effort to pay back a debt I sincerely didn't know I had.

First experience terrible. Made an appointment and they sent paperwork for me and my husband to have our dental records sent from our previous dentist. We both filled out our forms the day we received them and my husband drove them right then to Dad and Docs. I have a very painful tooth and they said they would need my last X-rays so they wouldn't have to charge me for a new X-ray at my appointment. This was 3 weeks before my appointment so I figured they would have my X-rays by then. Just to double check the day before my appointment I called to see if they received my X-ray from previous dentist. They said they did not ever receive the paperwork THEY sent me to fill out that they only had my husband's. He took them BOTH in the same envelope the day we received them and filled them out! What happened to mine! Now they say they need to send me the paperwork AGAIN so they can request X-rays be transferred. My whole purpose was to get their form filled out 3 weeks ago so they would have my X-ray and they have LOST my form delivered in person to them then. Cancelled my appointment and now have to put up with painful tooth until I can find a dentist that won't lose my paperwork. Unbelievable. I hope the dentist sees this and understands what happened. Does not look good to their practice.

Best Dentist and staff ever!!! I've seen many dentist in my time but I've never had a dentist as amazing as Dr. Greg. I had a freak accident a month ago and knocked out/broke several teeth. I needed a dentist ASAP! Dr. Greg changed his schedule and appointments around to get me in immediately. My journey is not yet over but he and his staff have worked Tirelessly to get my teeth back to a normal state while my bones and gum heal. I tell Dr. Greg every visit, "I love him". I mean it too!!!

I was in PA working on a Friday and had a wisdom tooth go bad on me. I called every 24 hr emergency dentist I could find. No one could help me because it was the weekend. I called my dentist Greg at Dad and Doc . He was in Florence SC at the time. He told me what to do for pain and told me to meet him 730 Sunday morning at his office. Long story short. I got a call Saturday asking was I In town yet that he could meet me that night. So 7 o'clock Saturday night he pulled my bad tooth. This is above an beyond any type of service I've ever received from anyone. You guys at Dad an Doc have got a lifelong customer. Thanks again. Yours truly JIM OURS

This place is phenomenal! The staff are attentive, patient, and explain everything very well. The dentist is the best your going to find. I woke up with a toothache in the middle of the night and called their office the next morning and within 2 hours they had worked me in, got the bad teeth out, and I was on my way home feeling 100% better. The extractions were basically painless, despite the toothache I was already experiencing. The dentist and his assistant payed very close attention to how I was doing and what I was feeling while they worked which helped me so much because I have a fear of the dentist. They made sure I didn't feel a thing before and during the procedure. Pricing is very reasonable and they tell you up front exactly what you will pay and break everything down including plenty of options. I can not recommend this dentist office enough!

Love this dentist! My whole family comes here! They are very friendly, fast and they have always done great work if anyone needed a cavity filled or my kids needing baby teeth pulled!

He filled a tooth & it kept hurting. Told him but he did nothing. Then he was gonna crown one so I went to another dentist today. Both teeth are infected & have to be pulled. I will not be back here.

First time going today. Had an emergency issue in which a tooth needed to be pulled. Staff is top notch and Dr Greg was very friendly. Definitely recommend for dental work and will be back if I ever have an issue again.
