This company has changed my mother's self-esteem with her smile. they did an amazing job quick service, great payments and the staff and doctors are amazing thank you D5 for your service! Now my mom is a new person she smiles more she's happier and she does nothing but brag about how beautiful her teeth look she's very happy with her new look.

If you are in need of a full or partial dental restoration no matter the reason you have undoubtedly felt embarrassed and anxious every time you eat, laugh, smile, or speak. Or perhaps you avoid all of those things in public. No matter the reason, you don't have to live with the pain or embarrassment because D5 is ready to help you take back the life you've all but given up on. The first two people you meet when you walk in are Joey and Isabel, they are both unbelievably kind and supportive and they will greet you and help you to understand the process and walk you through all of the options that will work best for you as well as the cost and all of the payment options they offer as well. You'll also get to meet with Dr. Voit and he will go over a treatment plan and answer any additional questions. He is perfectly suited to this type of practice with his kindness, empathy and sense of humor, all traits that are invaluable when there is a fear component. In fact, the whole team D5 has assembled all have these qualities. Once you make the decision, the team will set up a quick exam where they can do some diagnostics to build a roadmap for your implant procedure as well as any extractions or grafts, etc (if needed). This allows them to lay out the best positions for implants. You'll also set a date for that and get any instructions or prescriptions you'll need. I can tell you from my own personal experience I walked out that day feeling like a massive weight I didn't realize I'd been carrying was lifted. The journey is a process, and there will be days when you have swelling and bruising from the surgery and say oh my god what have I done! Trust the process, because the team at D5 will make sure that you have everything you need to get through those first few days without pain (which actually was not anywhere near as bad as I expected), and they will be there for you every step until you have a smile you love. And they'll also be there to help you take care of your smile and dental health going forward! All of that will be well worth it when you get the first look at your temporary teeth. It really can be a life changing experience. And it will be even better when you get your permanent teeth. They might feel a little strange at first, like a foreign object and you'll be running your teeth over them thinking I'll never get used to this feeling. I thought that too. Then one day maybe a month later it occurred to me I hadn't actually thought about my teeth at all, they no longer felt so foreign...they felt like my own teeth! I am nearing 5 months post op and can eat anything I want and I couldn't be any happier! So, if you are on the fence, I would highly recommend visiting D5 for a consult. I promise that you will be in the best hands from the minute you walk through that door. Finally, if you've visited the website (if you haven't check it out), you know that they are totally upfront about the costs where most implant clinics wait until they've given you a glimmer of hope then spring a giant price tag on you (frequently double the price of D5) preying on your desperation and hoping you'll just go forward. And most of those will only get you to the temporary teeth, which are only meant to get you through a few months to a year until your permanent teeth are crafted. Then they will charge you another huge sum for the permanents. But D5 is different. Not only were they significantly more affordable, they are also much quicker, often able to fit your permanent teeth in a week or two as opposed to a year or longer. And they include the permanents. I know it's hard to take that first step, so in this moment I hope that you are considering how much your life could change in a matter of weeks. Let that thought give you the courage to walk through their door and see all that they have to offer! The smile you've always wanted is within reach and everyone at D5 is ready to make it a reality for you!

After a lot, lot, lot of research, I decided to go with D5 implants for my all on 4! They have the latest technology and you absolutely get what you pay for! If you live in Chicago area, these guys are absolutely the best!!! Look no further!

All the staff at this office are wonderful, Joey on the desk is funny and always smiling goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable . They explain every detail before surgery and after surgery always take phone calls immediately. Follow up visits are always on time it's like visiting family. I highly recommend the procedures and the people are very professional through out the office. I normally dread the dentist however I might miss this team.

WOW.... What an amazing experience. I had periodontal disease with severe bone loss. MY teeth were becoming loose and shifting in my mouth. I got separate dental opinions and they all agreed my teeth could not be saved. I went to a local implant specialist, and they quoted me $54,000 for both arches and extractions. They did not offer zirconia teeth and I would have to wait 4 months to receive my permanent teeth. That's when I found Dr. Voit and D5 teeth in Glenview, IL (a suburb of Chicago). At my consultation I met with Isabel, who took a quick scan of my teeth. Then Dr Voit discussed my scan and my severe bone loss (80%) and my options. He said I was a candidate for the all on 4 procedure. They had special pricing for the grand opening of the clinic. $29,500.00 for all extractions and top and bottom arches made from zirconia. Isabel got all my financing approved at the first visit and we scheduled the procedure in three weeks. Now the scary part, extracting about 28 teeth. They gave me a pill to take an hour before my appointment and another when I arrived. I felt no pain at all. I was asleep and awake during the procedure. I was awake enough to follow simple commands like turn towards me, open wider, etc. After the 3 hour procedure they gave me a pain pill and we went to the hotel a block away for the night. Joey at D5 teeth booked the hotel for us and they even paid for it. I took another pain pill that night at the hotel even though I had no pain, (my wife made me so I would sleep thru the night). The next day before my 12 o'clock appt for my temporary teeth I felt well enough to go shopping at Costco for 2 hours. The next day Onethea put my temporary teeth with out any pain at all. Dr. Voit adjusted my bite and took 3D pictures to make my permanent teeth and I was on my way home after about an hour. I was scheduled to come back in 9 days to get my permanent teeth. I think it would have been sooner if it wasn't over the Christmas holiday. Today, they put in my permanent teeth and they look and feel amazing. The zirconia teeth feel better than the temp teeth. These are very smooth like glass. I thought the temp teeth looked very good also. I spent most of my time with Onethea which is good because she is amazing. You really feel like she cares about your well being. Dr. Voit is also awesome, he is very personable and down to earth. He feels like a family friend. The rest of the staff (Joey, Isabel, Martin , and Angela) were so nice and very professional. I cannot recommend D5 Chicago enough, and they were $20,000 cheaper than anyone else!
