Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend D3 Dental in Horsham and Dr. Hadeel Shtawi. Like most people, I do not like "going to the dentist", but Dr. Shtawi makes the experience far more pleasant than one expects in a dental chair. My anxiety had me in meltdown mode the first time she treated me, yet she and her staff treated me with respect and kindness. Dr. Shtawi has a very chill vibe, which from the start is comforting... and I like the way she explains your dental issues, and the course of treatment she recommends. She tries to solve problems the easiest and most cost effective way, and I appreciate that. Dental work is expensive out of pocket even with dental insurance. I trust her. The office staff at D3 worked with my dental insurance company, and when I was quoted a copay, that's exactly what I was charged... there were no financial surprises. The entire staff at D3 in Horsham is thorough, polite, patient and kind. I really can't say a bad thing about my experience there. In terms of the office itself, the facility is extremely clean, psychologically soothing, very spacious, treatment areas are set apart so you are not within arms reach of the patient being treated in the next room. The technology in each room allows the dentist to place a large monitor directly in front of the patient to share x-rays and digital images. Every exam room also includes a television for distraction. The waiting area includes a massaging chair and beverages. Three additional adult members of my family are also happy patients of Dr. Shtawi.
