Finding a dentist in Bel Air that understands the care younger and older patients require, can be tricky. Dr. Kreiner has a number of credentials and certifications and, along with his staff, has spent years studying the discipline of dentistry. With education, training and years spent caring for patients, we have gained an understanding of what you need to be comfortable and enjoy optimal dental health.
I grew up in Bel Air, MD. I attended Harford Day School, John Carroll, Loyola College in Maryland, and The University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. I was an active member of the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company for 13 years. I enjoy trotline crabbing on the Chester River during the summer and coaching my sons football and basketball teams.
My practice philosophy is to raise the standard of dental care; not just meet it! The most important aspect of achieving this goal is to have fun. Our relaxed practice atmosphere, filled with laughter and carrying on is a direct reflection that we love what we are doing.
I have been in the dental field since 1990 and went to a dental assisting school in Harrisburg PA. I was born and raised in Franklin County PA and moved to Harford County about 5 years ago. I love to cook and spend time with my grandson, going fishing and long motorcycle rides with my husband. I am really glad to be a part of Dr. Kreiners team! I love what I do!
Betsy has been in the dental field for over thirty years. She has a great passion for her job. Betsy enjoys participating in Continuing Education to stay current in her skills. Betsy strives to help every patient in our office to feel comfortable. Betsy grew up in Harford County, She is married with three grown children and six grandchildren. In her spare time, Betsy loves to sew.
Im Nancy, Dr.Kreiners Office Administrator. It will be my voice on the phone when you call the office. I joined Dr. Kreiners staff in February 2008. I have been a resident of Bel Air for 20 years and have raised my family here. As a graduate of Towson High School in 1975, I have been a professional in the public service industry for over 30 years and have loved every minute of it. I also enjoy making our patients feel at home and making each visit a special one while undertaking the financial and scheduling end of the office. I look forward to having your family join our family at Dr. Kreiners office.

I have been a patient of Dr Kreiner's since he WAS his staff, soloing fresh out of dental college (where he also gave back and taught for years). I knew I was in good hands from our first encounter. He was informative and professional, and as a testament to skill, I have work from back then, still healthy and stable today. Aside from being a very gifted dentist, Dr Bart's ability to make you feel at ease, even during the most difficult situations, is exceptional. His chair-side manner is an extra bonus! How often do you leave the dentist in a better mood than going in? You can here. Dr Bart and his staff are first class. They use State of the Art equipment and the latest techniques to give you a high quality outcome with a comfortable, relaxed experience. You can also count on having proper preventative care explained to make it last. They're the total package! I'm so glad to have found him all those years ago! If you are looking for a modern, friendly environment with quality care and service, Dr Kreiner and his staff are for you!

Dr Kreiner and the entire staff has made me comfortable going to the dentist again. A terrible visit to a different practice made me anxious about going to the dentist. I waited a few years and walked in here with a few problems that we are in the process of fixing. He made a treatment plan and made sure I understood what we would be doing. My experiences have been thorough, respectful, painless and judgment free. He definitely knows his stuff while remaining down to earth.

Going to Dr. Kreiner's office is an experience.You get a great friendly greeting, superior service and a few laughs too. Dr. Kreiner will work until he gets it just right and you are happy. After having work done they check to make sure you are ok. I trust them and highly recommend the office.

Exceptional service from everyone on the staff. Everyone is friendly and I get very personalized service. Dr. Bart likes to explain everything that's going on, why something happened and options to resolve the issue. It feels like an old-fashioned small town dental practice that also happens to have the latest technology.

Talk about Service. I called there facility to schedule a cleaning.Nancy who is Dr. Bart's receptionist (who I might add is super friendly and positive) answered the phone. She took the time to set up an appointment time convenient to me. When I arrived at the facility I was greeted by Nancy. It's always awesome to put a face with a name. Dr Bart and his staff was 2nd to greet me. They were awesome and made me feel like I was a patient from the day they opened. I HIGHLY recommend this facility, Staff, and Dentist. He is knowledgeable and is always keeping up with the ever-changing field of Dentistry!

Dr. Kreiner has 30+ years experience plus updated technology and equipment. He cares deeply for his patients, explains everything he's doing, and is very hands on. Nancy, the office manager, is excellent, as are Paula and Betsy who assist Dr. Kreiner. I couldn't be happier with my new crown!

I've been a patient of Dr. Kreiner's since 2001. I had moved to Maryland and was looking for a good dentist in town. Boy, did I hit the jackpot when I came in for my first appointment! I'll never see anyone else! You may well ask, why so loyal? I'll tell you why. Dr. Kreiner is a well-trained, competent dentist with post-graduate training from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He knows exactly what he's doing, has great hand skills, and is very gentle. He and his staff are education-oriented and attend the latest continuing education above and beyond what is required. I've never had to return to have any dental work redone because Dr. Kreiner does it right the first time. Dr. Kreiner is very approachable and genuinely cares about you as a person. Always quick with a joke or a smile, you'll leave his office treated like a person and not a number. He explains complicated dental concepts in a way you can understand and puts you at ease if you're fearful. He's thorough in his dental exams and just an honest guy who doesn't try to sell you needless services. He will tell you the truth when it comes to dental work that truly needs to be done. Should you want cosmetic services, he can competently offer those as well. The office has all the latest in digital imaging, radiography, dental implements, and infection/safety protocol so that your dental issues may be accurately diagnosed and treated. Dr, Kreiner and his staff will have up to date information about your teeth and gums so that any disease processes or treatment plans may be monitored and changes be addressed sooner rather than later, which saves you money in the long run. Dr. Kreiner's staff is well-trained, accommodating to your schedule, and just plain nice! They know who you are and truly make you feel at home. They are extremely helpful in scheduling, assisting Dr. Kreiner, and keeping the office running. Everyone there is a genuine, warm person who enjoys the positive, casual atmosphere in the office. Be prepared to know more about your dental health than you are used to. They explain everything ... the good and the not so good ... These guys go beyond what your typical Dentist experience is. Great practice!

This is a very caring group of people who go above and beyond to take care of their patients. Not only do they care about my dental health, they also care about the overall well-being of their patients. I was surprised that they take your blood pressure at every visit. I am glad they do because it helped me to realize that I needed to regularly monitor my blood pressure. I was encouraged to follow-up with my PCP. That same day, I ordered my own blood pressure cuff which arrived the very next day. I continued to take my BP over the next few days and realized that it was continuously high. At one point I was so concerned that I needed to get checked out immediately. I am now under the care of a cardiologist and I am thankful for Dr. Kreiner and his dedicated team for caring not only about my dental health but also my overall health and encouraging me to take care of myself. Dr. Kreiner and his staff are great! Everyone is friendly and the office is a nice atmosphere. He has been my dentist for several years, and he is great at explaining to patients what needs to be done for your teeth. I have been to other dentists that didn't seem as good at that or as friendly. He often tells jokes, which helps make you feel more at ease. He seems to use more advanced technology than some dentists, such as waterlase which makes certain procedures like getting fillings less painful. He has also taught dentistry in the past, which is some extra experience other dentists often don't have. I heard about him through a close friend who is a longtime patient of his. I would recommend Dr. Kreiner to anyone, and if going to the dentist has made you feel nervous in the past I think you will feel more comfortable having him as a dentist.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Bart Kreiner & his entire staff! They are super ! ...attentive, prompt, available& efficient in EVERY aspect , from expert dental care , from the incredible high tech dentistry & expertise of Dr Bart Kreiner , to the hygienists, to the office staff , the remarkable Ms Nancy who is efficient & personable .
