Dr. D'Ascoli is the absolute worst doctor I have ever worked for. He treats his staff with nothing but disrespect including calling them stupid. I would NEVER give him a dime of my money. He has awesome staff that are underpaid and verbally abused.

My experience at D'ascoli orthodontics has been wonderful. He is able to straighten teeth and adjust my underbite using the Invisalign. The office is very clean and his staff is sweet, efficient and knowledgeable. The prices were affordable for me and I am grateful for him and his office staff to help me have confidence and beautiful smile. Smiles help make the world a better friendly place.

Well I thought I was going to have to have my front tooth replaced but after Dr. D'Ascoli examined my teeth he told me all I needed was to have them put back in place. So he set me up for Invisalign which I'm very excited about. The staff is amazing. I am 63 years old and realize it's never too late to feel better about yourself and have a beautiful smile again.

They show you "before and after" pictures attempting to get your business during your initial visit. What they don't tell you, is the "after" pictures will require outside dental work that is not included in their price or included in their services. This is misleading, they should either not show you "this will be the end result of your treatment" pictures, or they should make you aware that external work would need to be done apart from and in addition to what you are being charged for. When you are talking in the thousands of dollars, this is vital information that they knowingly do not provide, and vital in order for customers to make an informed decision about their teeth/orthodontics care. They state in their response that they will go over the initial consultation notes to clarify. First of they did not then, nor have they attempted to go over these notes since I wrote this review over a month ago. In fact the doctor spends only a couple of minutes with you during the initial visit rather you spend this time with a representative, who once again, does not let you of any external work that will be needed at your expense. While the doctor would know this work would be necessary, he does not share this with the pt, at least he did not not with us. The representative probably does not have the necessary expertise to know this, yet should be the "representative" for the doctor and be given this information to share with the pt and pt's family.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this team of wonderful people! Dr D'ascoli and his team have made the braces experience great for my son. He got Invisalign and he was so happy before and after he got them on. I've seen great results from Dr D'ascoli and his team from a very close friend. We look forward to the next visit and seeing the change in my sons teeth! Thank you for such a friendly and welcoming office!
