Simply the best!!! I met the Dentist team while performing at a private function and their passion for the craft came through so vividly that I reached out to them when I decided to get some cosmetic dentistry done on my front lower teeth. I am a professional entertainer so appearance matters. After the consolation and seeing again in the office the vibe and overall sense of pride they take in their work I decided this is the team I would trust with my teeth. Now, They recommended veneers for more structural integrity and my insurance didn't cover it as I guess most insurances don't. So I decided to go out of pocket as this was the team for me, no copay or anything. I am not super wealthy like I assume most people in the La Jolla area are that frequent their office , but I do know that you get what you pay for. The four veneers were carefully designed and crafted by Dr. Hoffman and look so natural which I exactly what I wanted. There was a sensitivity in the back of the teeth the first few weeks and I wasn't sure if that was normal as it was the first time having veneers. It's been 3 months now and there is barely a hint of sensitivity that I have to focus on to notice. These teeth now feel like mine and not something different in my mouth. This is a different caliber of dentistry in an office where hospitality and genuine warmth is felt opposed to my previous dentist where they overbooked appointments and kept me waiting while the employees looked burnt out and fatigued with life. When you want to graduate to the next level of dentistry this is the place. For the first time in my life I don't mind going to the dentist, not that I'm looking forward to it like a steak dinner but the fact I know I'm in good hands and that I'm in for a positive experience makes all the difference!!! Thank you guys for letting me experience what dentistry can and should be... again, like everything in life you get what you pay for.

I have been coming to Dr Joe D'Angelo for years, He does excellent work and is happy to explain any proposed treatment. His office staff is friendly and competent.

I love Dr. Joe and the staff! Everyone is amazing, from the front desk to Karen my hygienist. I have been seein Dr Joe for 10+ years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Extremely clean office, tv's to watch while you are in the chair - makes going to the dentist as good as that can be!

Wow the staff here is so nice! The doctors were very friendly and the dental assistant Wendy was so such a pleasure to be with, she made me feel safe and welcome. (: very nice facility as well.

I have had a very positive experience with my dentist here. He has done a fantastic job on my teeth and smile. He has also worked very hard to accommodate me, and listen to whatever concerns Iay have. He is always on time. I trust his decisions on when it comes to working on my teeth.The entire office has been very welcoming and friendly on all of my e I am a member of Voices of Our City Choir!!! I 1st meet the staff and Dentists when I was a Case Manager for the choir. I have been a patient for Dr. Hoffman for at least two years now. Oh my God the service is so Awesome!!! It's a Beautiful Office... The Staff there really make sure you're comfortable...I love going there... it's a beautiful experience! I love what he has done to my teeth!!! I can't believe it!! when I smile, people say, where did you go? I Proudly tell them I go to Dr. Hoffman, Olson, and D'Angelo in La Jolla...I am so proud of my teeth and I can chew... I can chew nuts,I can now chew what I couldn't at first. The best thing about it is that the Dr. Hoffman is doing it out of the kindness of his heart!!! For Free... I couldn't afford it.... I am so Grateful to all of the staff!!!! Thank you!!! Thank You Dr. Hoffman and Associate's!!!

My wife and I have been patients of the D'Angelo Dental Practice for 10 years now and the expertise and patient care are second to none. Having Kathy at the front desk represents the entire staff as the best in the business. Her attitude and professional expertise comes out welcoming each and every patient as if they are family. Dr. Joe is the leader of the three best dentists in the county. We know because it took us several tries(years) with other dentists to finally figure out who is the best.

Since 1998, we have been patients of Doctors D' Angelo, Olson, and Hoffman and those affiliated with their practice. Our "experience" has always been consistently above exceptional! Over the years we have been treated with outstanding care, professional treatment, performed with kindness and courtesy by all the staff. From the warm friendly personnel in the front waiting room, to all the wonderful medical staff, to the superb dentists, we have experienced thoughtfulness for our individual needs and as if we were a valued part of their families. We would recommend this dentistry to all....children through seniors. They truly care about meeting each patients needs and are truly outstanding examples of administering what should best phrased as "compassionate" and most professional care...they're the best!

Was visiting and broke off part of my tooth. They were great to get me in quickly with Dr. Hoffman and ascertain how much of an issue it was and it just took some smoothing out of a rough edge. I was in and out in no time.

Traveled from Eureka to San Diego to see Dr. hoffman. Had veneers and crowns done. He did an amazing job!!! Turned out beautiful!! Perfect! Couldn't be happier. Very gentle and a great experience at the dentist! Loved the staff! Great assistants, front office and hygienist. Highly reccommend.

This practice is the best around! Everyone there is friendly and professional. The facility is top notch. 6 years ago I went to Dr. Joe after a bad injury chipped some teeth. He fully restored my smile and I felt assured throughout the process that he expected perfection out of his own work. I never want to go to anybody else for a dental issue because with Dr. Joe I never have to worry about the results.

Best dentist practice ever! I've had an amazing experience getting my regular cleanings here as well as a painless and effective Invisalign treatment. Dr Hoffman is super nice and professional and provides excellent care. Love the whole team, everyone is very friendly and makes me feel so special! Wish I could take them all with me when I move away from San Diego tomorrow!

I normally don't write reviews but after my experience with this incredible office I felt like it should be known that this is hands down the best dental office in San Diego. I have been coming here for over 4 years and throughout my time here Dr. Hoffman and his incredible team have done an amazing job taking care of my wife and I. They are professional, transparent with what to expect from every visit and most importantly make you feel comfortable. Dr. Hoffman makes sure to educate you on options and never tries to upsell any product or procedure. Really if you have any questions and are looking for some of the best dentists in their respective fields go see them!
