Awesome Experience, everytime! My family and I absolutely love this dentist office! From the lovely front desk rep, to the sweet assistants, amazing hygienists, and impeccable dentists, everyone is very accommodating, professional, friendly, and patient in this office. What I love most other than the staff, is their consistency, communication efforts, and quality work! I highly recommend scheduling in advance, because they are closed on Fridays and weekends and they fill-up pretty quickly.

Dr.Sawyer and staff provided me with the best experience and most of all the most beautiful smile! I had some dental work that I was putting off for quite some time, due to financial reasons and was told it needed to be pulled...MY FRONT TOOTH!! So I've lived in fear of going to the dentist for a few years until I was referred to the office by a family member to have a second opinon. Walking in the door I felt welcomed and apart of the family already! They took x-rays and told me what they thought was the best option for me, and pulling it was not on the list! I was setup on a payment plan (which was a life saver!) I didn't feel rushed or pressured into getting the work done, they were so easy going about it all. Time came for my procedure, they made me extremely comfortable especially when it came to pain management! They had to color match my FRONT TOOTH for a crown, and it was spot on. They really did a fantastic job and I will be back!!! I will be telling more people about this office!!! I love my smile all over again

Dr and staff are amazing... Thank you all so much for being so caring and making me feel so comfortable . Only took me like 30 years but looking forward in returning and bringing my family here.

Dear Dr. Brymer and all the lovely staff, We can't say that we've ever enjoyed going to the dentist, but we do rest assured that when we need to see one, we know a pro. Thank you for making our every experience a positive one. We always thoroughly impressed by your expertise and kindness during our appointments. The office staff is also extremely welcoming and warm. Very disappointed. This is one of those places that will tell you everything is covered under your insurance and then a month later you'll get an insanely high bill. My husband went in for a routine appointment, gave his insurance info, and they never said anything or charged him anything. Over a month later, when I go in for my appointment, they hand me a a very hefty bill, saying that my husband's insurance is an out-of-network provider and so the insurance didn't cover everything. When I call my insurance company, they tell me that they did receive a call from Cypresswood Family Dental on the day of my husband's appointment, but the only question that was asked of the insurance company was about the costs for an out-of-network dentist. So, they knew that his insurance wouldn't cover it since it was out-of-network and not once did they mention this to my husband before, during, or after his appointment. They also did X-rays on my husband that he wasn't eligible for under his insurance (since he had already had them done within the last 3 years) and now they're charging us for these x-rays under out-of-network pricing! They neglected to ask the insurance if he was eligible for new x-rays and did not even attempt to retrieve his past x-ray records! Instead they decided to expose him to unnecessary dental radiation and charge us for an unnecessary set of full mouth X-rays! They did all of this sneakily without telling my husband anything, the whole time knowing that the insurance was out-of-network and all these extra charges would come out of our pocket! When I called the dental office to ask about these charges, the receptionist was immediately extremely rude and hostile with me, talking over me, and would barely let me get out a sentence before she cut me off and told me it was all our fault. Seemed like a nice dental office and Dr. Brymer was a very pleasant person, but their receptionist has no sense of customer service and they charge their patients above & beyond what their insurance covers, behind the patient's back and without the patient's knowledge. It's sad that greed is prioritized over patient healthcare.

We made an appt. for my wife to have a tooth pulled and told them that she was on blood thinners. They said to come in for x-rays and a consultation. After the exam they informed us that because of the blood thinners we had to go to an oral surgeon , which we could only see with their referal. But the oral surgeon said we did not need their referal and we had to pay for a consultation all over again. I feel like they should have told us up front that they did not do dental work on people on blood thinners rather than taking our money needlessly.

AS A DENTAL PROFESSIONAL MYSELF, IT IS REALLY HARD TO FIND A GOOD DENTIST AND OFFICE THAT DOES QUALITY WORK. WELL, I HAVE FOUND THAT OFFICE. YOU CANNOT DO WRONG BY CHOOSING TO SEE DR. BRYMER AND HIS STAFF. THEY ARE ALL WONDERFUL. YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS!!!

I have the most severe anxiety over most things but especially the dentist! The staff here, especially the receptionist vida, take such good care of me. They are so loving and understanding. It's such an amazing environment full of amazing people. So lucky to have found them!

I am petrified of dentists! I've had really bad experiences with very aggressive ones and it's led me to avoid them until absolutely necessary. I've had plenty of dentists (once they notice how nervous I am sitting in the chair) tell me everything will be fine and they will be gentle and it turns out that it was extremely opposite. They usually end up making the experience more distressing. Let me promise you, THIS office is nothing like that. The staff are the MOST friendly and helpful and sympathetic to my nerves and created such a relaxing environment and experience. And Dr. Michael Brymer was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and made me excited to have finally found a great dentist office!
