I have been a patient for at least 6 years and have not had any issues. The facility is clean, the administrative staff is always helpful and kind. They don't make you sit and wait for a long time before your appointment. They don't have a high amount of staff turn over. They are reliable, honest, their prices are fair and Dr Todd explains everything very well.

A while back I had a crown that fell off over the weekend and called this place for help putting it back on Monday morning. It was an emergency situation because I could barely even eat and I was in a lot of pain doing anything at all like drinking water, etc. They told me on the phone that I was overdue for a cleaning and needed to come in for a check up first! I couldn't believe it. I ended up driving all the way to my old dentist in the Greenway Plaza area that same day for help. He immediately put my crown back on no questions asked without giving me the runaround like Dr. Todd's office did.

The patient record undating system is very poor. I was shocked to find at check out the office is out of network, had to pay out of pocket, something that should be asked for every patient when scheduling appointments. Very disappointing
