I Love Dr. G. She is very gentle with me & explains everything I need in detail. Excellent Service. The staff is great too

This place has really just gotten worse and worse. They chip teeth and don't accept responsibility. I can't condone this place.

I should have looked into the reviews before ever going here! My first time appointment here went ok only because the x-ray technician was very professional and friendly. The Dr wasn't too approachable or friendly. After concluding my appointment, Dr said I needed to get some work done. In addition, I asked him I needed some cleaning due to the fact I have cement residue that was left on my teeth from my braces from a prior orthodontist. However, all the work that I need to be get done totaled out to $800, $400 for cement cleaning and the other $400 for the rest of the work that had to be done, which I am now even doubting if I even need the work they stated I need. After calling other dentists to obtain different pricing on the cement cleaning, I am only being charged $150 !!!! I called their office and notified receptionist I wanted to cancel the cement cleaning and proceed with getting the rest of the work done because I had found another dentist who was only going to charge me $150 and the receptionist stated,"Dr will not see you if you don't get the cement done cleaning". Didn't bother to waste more time and asked her to just cancel my appointment, definitely not going back! They are a total rip off.

I had to leave for vacation for a month in 2 weeks time on December 8th, 2018 and the dr who does root canal wasn't available until 30th Nov. so I hardly had 6 days taking into account the buffer time if something goes wrong. The staff were so awesome they gave discount of 150$ and also got my crown completed in time to have me ready for my vacation by 5th December. Of course the drs were very professional and experienced. fYI, I have no issues with my crown after the procedure.

I have visited 4 separate times now, Root Canal/Crown, Fillings and Deep Cleanings and my experience has been way better than i expected. Have not felt any pain even during recovery after my visits. I definitely recommend Dr. Chu if you decide to choose this office. Staff and front desk is polite. Oh and the curtesy calls from Dr. Chu to see how the recovery process is a great generous gesture.

Me and my family have been patients at Cypress Plaza Dental Group for several years. All the Dentists and Specialists we have met have been very professional. Any issues that arise are clearly explained and shown using a video recording of the teeth. Staff is outstanding and very kind and compassionate. The facility is modern and clean. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who values highly skilled and friendly dentists who have your interest in mind first.
