I had an amazing experience with my wisdom teeth removal. Sandee was so funny and made me feel so comfortable. Omaira did an amazing job assisting Dr. Michael with my surgery and I felt very safe. My recovery went so well and Dr. Michael called the next day to check up on me which was very kind! Overall, amazing staff and doctors! I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

I was very impressed by the service and the thoughtfulness of the staff. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my appointments. The staff is friendly and very attentive. They strive to make the procedures as comfortable as possible. They asked me what type of music I would like to listen to prior to my surgery. I went with some Lite Jazz with my nitrous oxide. They have the 3D imaging and they have plenty of full time doctors who only work at this location. Scheduling appointments and surgery was easy because they had plenty of availability.

These guys are the absolute best in Cypress! As far as oral surgeons are concerned, I can't recommend anyone else more than Dr.B and Dr. Michael! You want the best hand holders in the office? Ask for Kelly or Sandee!

I don't normally leave reviews but really disappointed as a new patient. Arrived at 1:45 for my son's 2pm appt. Spoke to front desk and had a seat. At 2:20 a revisted front desk asked if they forgot about us, several others came in after and were already called in. I was told they would call me back. An hour after arrival I was called and told we were not check in when we arrived and she was sorry. I wish she would of check when I asked 20min prior instead of seeming annoyed that I even asked. Not the best first impression of this office.

One week after my wisdom teeth extraction, I found myself in extreme pain and out of medication to address the pain. I'm 60 years old, and understand the healing process takes longer at my age. My doctor was not in, so Dr. Bachoura saw me. They got me in very quickly without advanced notice, and took care of the pain immediately with a locally applied medication and renewed my much needed prescription. They could not have been any more attentive and caring, and I can't praise them enough for how this process was expedited. Thank you for the way you care for your patients!

Highly recommend this oral surgeon. I needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and called them at 4 PM. They were able to fit me in the next day at 8 AM. I was really relieved because I was in pain and needed relief. I was very surprised that I had very little pain the next day. My surgeon was Dr. Bachoura and he was very nice and made me feel comfortable during the whole process.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. All in all, it was a great experience. They gave us all the information we needed and made themselves available to us. I recommend this facility and the staff! Everyone was very pleasant to work with.
