An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

We have moved and are owed a refund for ortho services from cypress dentistry and orthodontics which is managed by pacific dental. We began to pay in advance for services that where not rendered. 500.00 dollars worth of payments is supposed to be refunded back to me. I have been extremely patient and gracious for two months. After following up with Jessica the office manager 3 times I have yet to receive a refund and was told that a check was cut for one payment but not the other 3 due to a different system being used for the previous payments. Jessica has become rude dismissive and flippant in our most recent follow up regarding this matter. This office certainly had no problem taking the funds from my account. Almost 3 months is entirely to long to wait for a refund. I regret choosing this office for our ortho and dental care. I have reached out to pacific dental complaint department as it is clear that the office manager and cypress dentistry is engaged in unethical practices keeping money for services that have not been rendered. My next step is to file a complaint with the dental board and bbb as well as leaving this review for every doctor associated with this office on other websites in hopes that someone with ethics will read it and resolve this issue.

I would recommend you not go here. They will bill you for services you do not need and did not request. I got a second opinion when things seemed fishy, come to find out I do not need a $1000 procedure. Mind you, I went in for a routine cleaning and left with a $500 bill.

I'm typically afraid of dentists, but these people always treat me so kindly. They make sure I'm doing okay, answer all my questions, and treat me a bit like family. I appreciate it!

The office staff cancelled my sons appointment without notification. When we arrived we weren't greeted, then the front desk staff said they didn't have his appointment (but they had mine the following day- which I booked at the same time a month before), then said they cancelled his appointment and didn't provide an explanation. No apology was ever made- just asked if I would like to reschedule. I said that I would like them to accommodate since it was their error. The front desk told me that it wasn't going to happen and that she didn't want to waste my time (umm, they already did) and suggested that we leave. I went ahead and cancelled my appointment too. I'd rather find another place that at least pretends to care.

The staff were so understanding and gentle. I have a fierce fear of the dentist but Trina, dr. Shah and dr mauisabi were incredible in making me the most comfortable and at ease. They talked me through everything and told me exactly what to expect. I will continue to seek dental treatment at cypress dentistry

The doctor told us, my son and I need deep gum cleaning because of gingivitis. I switch dentist, and guess what we both don't have gingivitis and didn't need deep gum cleaning!

I finally decided not to go back to this place for my dental needs (at least 3 to 4 visits, and a few small procedures done). First of all, the way they "grade" recession and whatnot on your teeth and gums, calling out and exaggerating how bad each and every one of them is for several minutes while another lady writes it down - it's weird. This is the only place I've ever been to that does this, at least this dramatically (lots of sighing, worried tone, and a vibe that'll make you panic). It makes people feel really uncomfortable, but I guess that helps the urgency to "get it fixed". I thought maybe my teeth were just so bad SHE was worried, but nope, they did the same thing to my husband. After switching to a new, reputable dentist, he told me my teeth aren't anywhere as bad as this place made them out to be, which I suspected, my teeth don't look like anything I've seen needing thousands of dollars worth of work and I take good care of them. But, of course, they have to say SOMETHING to get you to get dental work not covered by your insurance. This place had me so worried to go to the dentist after my last visits with them, and I'm not even scared of the dentist. They probably would have ripped all of my teeth out just to charge for dentures if I let them. My husband and I have really good insurance and we're in network for this place, but they still found ways to want to charge us $500 on several different occasions "because our teeth were so bad" , and of course they really promote that Smile Generation card. It might have been a one time accident, but I had to go in circles with Smile Generation because Cypress Dentistry charged me twice for one procedure (that I probably didn't need to begin with).

Everyone was very welcoming the staff is really great everyone helped I felt very well taken care of and comfortable Dr le was very efficient and let me know everything that I needed to know about in a way that I understood best I fell educated more in my teeth more now than I have ever have even before now I know exactly what there is to know between the differences of every procedure I need definitely recommend one of the best and the assistant that helped me took well care of me as well I think her name was Samantha I will stay here long term wise and recommending to me friends.
