If I could give zero stars I would. I've been going here my whole life and I never had any issues until now. I was seen September 29 for a 3pm appointment. I didn't even get seen until almost 4pm. Got my teeth cleaned and I was still waiting to see a dentist by 5pm. I finally had enough and didn't even see the dentist since I had already been there TWO WHOLE HOURS. Not to mention the billing process is a nightmare. They still haven't /verified billed my insurance, (which I have given the info 3 separate times), it's almost a month later and I am STILL waiting for my $49 refund for the teeth cleaning. Will NEVER be back here again. Told all my family and friends too. Incredibly disappointing

I like Dr Morris and the staff at Cypress Dental Excellence. Everyone is caring and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

While I do always appreciate the work completed for my teeth and the friendliness of the staff, today seemed very different from past visits. You had me arrive at 1pm but was not brought back till 1:45pm. I do understand things happing and making you run behind, you just had to tell me. When I was being called back you had someone else's chart information and the room you took me to should be closed down till the chair has been repaired or replaced. The stuffing was ready to come out of the seat. The staff member was in and out of the room so much that I was almost uncertain she knew what needed to be done. You started to get things ready and bib on to protect my clothes and then decide to move me and all equipment on the tray to a different room. Coco was very sweet. Tu was a few months new to the location but experienced. She was the only one to acknowledge the time delay and apologized. Thank you While I always value the thorough exam for my dental hygiene, it seems odd that in every visit there is something new or concerning that needs to be addressed. I follow your recommendation as always for over two years and I still don't have complete improvement or some things are better but others not as good. I am not certain how to satisfy your guidance any further.

The dentist is fantastic- knowledgeable, caring, with great bedside manner. Most of the hygienists are great too, with the exception of maybe one who's a bit too aggressive with the cleaning.

The front office staff especially Cindy and office Manager Miss Y, who I have to trust to do their job, didn't handle my claim properly and sent in a $533 insurance claim over a year late. That resulted in a denial due to "exceeding timely filing and insufficient documentation to Insurance." They did not provide adequate docs to Insurance and my claim is clinically declined by insurance since they did the service same day without taking insurance approval and got my signature as usual they do with everyone while you are sitting on dentist chair. I made several calls to their office however they don't care. Very unprofessional office staff, they billed me and sent me to a collections agency! No complaints to Dr Sundrani as he is very good. However this office staff is unresponsive, unreliable and horrible.

The front office staff, who I have to trust to do their job, dropped the ball and sent in a $483 insurance claim over a year late. That resulted in a denial due to "exceeding timely filing." Though the billing manager is well aware that it was their error, rather than apologize, they billed me and sent me to a collections agency!

Caring, excellent service. Absolutely the best dental experience. I recommend this dental office. I have a fear of going to the dentist. Dr Morris and Tou were wonderful. I have never hugged a dentist but I did yesterday. Thank God for Dr Morris

PSA: The office is requiring that you fill out ALL paperwork and signatures even if you are an established patient. Frustrating delay.

Great Staff and Dr. Morris is so phenomenal. She is one of the most kindest healthcare professionals I have ever dealt with. She was so sweet, very kind and just such a pleasure to meet. She is so educated in her craft and I can tell she is very good at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone!! Thank you Cypress Dental Excellence!!

They are very caring, kind and understanding. I avoided dentist unless absolutely necessary, due to a bad history of not being heard. They heard every one of my concerns and they made sure I was well taken care of and comfortable. I've been going for over 2 yrs now and hope their level of care and concern for they're patients never changes. Nothing negative to say happy to have them. It's now been 4+ yrs

As far as I can tell they have a solid team chemistry. Dr Sundrani, Monica, Amanda, Sunny and the new staff up front makes you feel a sense of belonging. I can totally appreciate how Sundrani is such a perfectionist to get my teeth just right with any procedure. When you have a great team chemistry like this you better enjoy it while it last. Very rarely do great people stick together long as other dental offices will pull them to utilize their talents elsewhere. I have been known to travel great distances to enjoy a dental experience like this.. Thank you all...update 4-7-2022. Dr. Sundrani and Amanda are still solid. Front desk is new and transitioning, however they are still friendly and helpful!
