This is a terrible dental office. I visited using a Groupon last year which based on their listing can be purchased multiple times. Just like the customer below the Dr. suggested an outrageous procedure which I knew was ridiculous because I had just been to the dental school and discussed my options as I did not have insurance. I felt I was offered a procedure that was not needed just like the previous review below. I should have taken the issue with ethics as a reason not to come back but I know these places try to get as much as they can so I did not take it personally. Well after putting all the details in an email appointment request the front desk called me about 4 or 5 days later to schedule the appointment for a cleaning using my Groupon. I provided clear details to the person over the phone as well as email so much so that they made the appointment. Well when my husband arrived, they were very rude and told him he could not use it. If you offer Groupons why be rude to accept them. There's so many better options for Dental care. After all this is a dental office on Groupon which isn't the upper echelon of dentist so I'm baffled why we were treated rudely. Based on my previous experience here there is an ethics issue at this dental office I suggest you avoid it at all costs. Update: I went to the dental school PRIOR to going to this dental office. So yes I understood what I needed which is why I understood what I did not need. Additionally, it was not an issue of verifying a purchase as who would raise an issue about that? Not only did the funds get deducted from my bank account the purchaser or the dental office can additionally pull up the voucher easily online which my husband screenshot before arrival to ensure he could pull it up should there be internet access issues. It's evident they are liars here. No one in their right minds would believe a customer would get upset over verifying payment. To add, I did not mention posting a review you clearly have enough time on your hands to search my reviews. You guys are very unprofessional & your response shows it. Spend more time educating your staff on ethics rather than trolling honest reviews.

I highly recommend Cypress Dental. Dr Hamada and his team were absolutely awesome. My 10yr old daughter was terrified of dentists because of all the horrible dentists that shouldn't be in practice . Dr Hamada explained every detail of what he was going to do. He definitely has a passion for his work and it's not just a job to him.

This dr is a joke. If you have HMO she won't even entertain you at all. Only entertains PPO & Cash patients. Update; I visited this office last week. The Dr barely saw me for a minute and left. Ask her anything, the reply I received, "I DONT KNOW, I HAVE NOT CHECKED FOR THAT".

This is an outstanding dental center. First experience was to have a crown and it all went perfect. Went back they set my crown and cleaned my teeth the whole experience was just wonderful. I am not fond of getting dental work done but this experience was amazing. The staff was great and the Doctor is the best.... Caring, gentle and explains everything she's doing I would definitely recommend this center!

Went in for a cleaning after a pandemic hiatus & the dentist was quick to suggest some extreme treatments such as a crown and 2 cavities that needed to be fixed.I was shocked since all I had was sensitivity & exposed gums.I also wanted a cost estimate to replace my amalgams to avoid heavy metal poisoning.The cost estimate was just under $2000 with insurance, which left me aghast.I've always taken great care of my teeth, so I couldn't imagine I needed a crown all of a sudden.I decided to have treatment in Malaysia at my family dentist.She said I had no cavities, replaced the amalgams & said I was good to go.I asked her for another discerning check up to see if there were any cavities worth fixing since I didn't trust my 1st US dentist experience. She said there was only an inconspicuous black dot we could take care off, which she did & it all amounted to a small cost. Needless to say,I was flabbergasted. I have had the privilege of living and receiving dental care in Italy, the UK and Malaysia.In these places,I have been met with honesty & clarity.I can't say the same about what I experienced at Cypress Dental.Perhaps because insurance is a business in the US, things like this can happen.It is unfortunate, as it shouldn't. I hope this review works as an invitation to the dentist to be more transparent, honest and work with integrity in the future!

Dr. Fariba and staff was really nice & gentle. I had a lot of things that needed to be done because of the negligence on my behalf. They assisted me with everything. They also offered payment plans. The office itself was nice and clean.
