Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Well I thought I would have calmed down about my visit this past Wednesday. Unfortunately, I have not. I was in their office for 2 hours, getting many x-rays, images and being examined. This was my third visit to this office in just over a year and four months. I was supposed to have a cleaning. The entire time the dentist looked at me and he was telling me how I needed crowns, asking how old my fillings were, amongst other topics. I would ask a question to be told, "Don't worry our office manager will go over all of this with you." At this point I thought I was at a used car dealership. Now keep in mind, no polish or cleaning had taken place. They left me sitting there and finally the lady from the front came in and sat down. She signed on a computer and asked to show me my "billing breakdown" for services. To my shock I saw totals in the four figures with 4s and 6s atvthe front. I thought I am here for a routine cleaning and xray, how did we get here? I looked at all of the screen information and stated, "Yeah I dont think so. Are Y'all going to clean my teeth? Your office scheduled this cleaning and appointment with a cold call." They just sat and stood mumbling. The dentist had come in while the office manager was trying to get me for TTL and doc fee (car joke). I stood up, took off the paper bib and left. At least they refunded me for fluoride that I prepaid for before leaving. Upset and angry, I though to myself that I will never be back to them or any other corporate dentistry practice. It's quarter four in a souring economy and these folks must need to hit some metrics. Just won't be on my thousands of dollars! By the way, whoever replies to these posts, please don't bother or put some customer service BS in here as no one from your office reached out after the fact.

Always greeted as soon as I walk in. Chelsea is the best ! Very thorough and always answers my questions no matter how simple or dumb they may be ! Lol. I love coming in especially since they can pretty much do any procedure instead of having to leave to see someone else!! I highly recommend this place !!

My wife had a broken filling yesterday and this team was able to get her seen today. They were delayed and called us to come a little later. Then when we arrived at 2 they had 2 other emergencies taking longer than expected, so they let us know when we arrived . So we asked them to call us when they were ready. They did and her issue was resolved. It was much better to be waiting at home than in the office for hours.

When you have a an appointment time you expect to be seen within a reasonable time frame. They had me waiting for over 45 minutes. No one explained why or apologized. They don't value peoples time. Find another place to go.

This office is very unreliable. My son had to finally establish care with another office because they cancelled his appointment 3 times. My husband scheduled an appointment several months in advance and then on the way to the appointment (he was not late) they called to tell him that they needed to cancel. I have tried to get an appointment to have my daughter's cavity filled and I finally got an answer and then was placed on hold for 20 minutes. We have established care with another office and will not be going back.

Well, it's 3:07 and I've been here since 1. I waited in the front room for over 50 minutes before being called back for xrays. The tech was training so xrays took extra time but that was no big deal. They really need to plan their days better.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was incredibly patient and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained each step in the process. My comfort was always the priority and the cost was thoroughly reviewed before we moved forward. The appointment was prompt and i also received a courtesy call days prior.

This dental office gives great customer service and also give prompt reminders on when your dental appointment is. Also, the dental work is thorough and the staff checks on you throughout the procedure. Lastly, they will also work with you if you have any financial issues.

Dr. Hap Nguyen is wonderful and this place made me feel like family from the time I arrived. A dentist you can trust is like a mechanic you can trust, when you find one you stick with them for a lifetime and Dr. Nguyen truly earns that title.
