My children (18 and 14) have gone to Dr. Manders their entire lives and she has always been excellent. Its odd for me to see these negative reviews here because we have only had great experiences every year with this dentist.

I really hate this place! I have missed two appointments in 13 years and now she will not see my children because of the two missed appointments!

I took my son here for his first visit and I was not pleased. My son is only 2 and she told me he needed crowns in several teeth. When I raised concerns about the sedation I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I took my son to another dentist for a second opinion and my concerns were addressed and I have been referred to another pediatric dentist in town. Please protect your children! If your concerns aren't addressed and just shrugged off please trust your instinct and go somewhere else.

I would give a 0 if I could. I've been meaning to post a review.... We have been a few times. In the beginning I didn't have too many concerns. As time went on things started to get worse... She treats her office staff HORRIBLE! She's not kids friendly even tho she's supposed to be a pediatric dentist. I wish her the best, not taking my kids back!!

We love Dr. Manders and her office staff. They are informative, kind and so good with the kids. Will definitely recommend them

I'm not sure why anyone would say anything negative about Dr. Manders and her staff, they are all incredible and kind. They made sure that my autistic child was as comfortable as possible. They ensured she was the only patient in the office to limit the possibility of a sensory overload, well much as that can be limited. She was just as kind and willing to go above and beyond for my nephew who doesn't have a sensory processing disorder. I would recommend her to anyone who has a child.

I have used Cynthia for all my kids and she has always been amazing so has the staff a very kid friendly place. My 7yr old goes back all alone already.

I'm not sure why anyone would say anything negative about Dr. Manders and her staff, they are all incredible and kind. They made sure that my autistic child was as comfortable as possible. Please do not bring your child here! The first visit was ok, thought she would be a great dentist. Second appointment, all that changed. She told me my son needed a root canal and a crown....he was only a year and a half old. But I didn't know any better, so I said, go ahead with the procedure. My son was freaked out, so she was trying to give him medication, and held his mouth open while forcing medication down his throat. He was screaming, gagging, and crying!! She said he was overreacting, but my son was traumatized. Her office recommended another pediatric specialist, and when we took him there, they said that none of that was necessary, because they were baby teeth!!!!!! The specialists all the way in GALVESTON had heard horror stories about this woman! If you care about your babies, DON'T BRING THEM HERE!!
