Our caring, skilled and attentive dental team provides a comprehensive range of childrens dental treatments to ensure that your child will maintain healthy teeth and a beautiful smile throughout their development. With proper instruction and regular six-month cleanings and examinations, we can not only help to prevent cavities in the future, but also teach your child good oral hygiene habits that will last them a lifetime!
Oral conscious sedation is a safe and effective technique used to relax and reduce anxiety during dental procedures. Children are drowsy but still conscious (awake) and responsive to verbal commands. Minimal sedation is indicated for children who experience higher levels of anxiety. In addition, sedation is also recommended for children who are very young or who have special needs and are unable to cooperate for dental treatment.
General Anesthesia if offered for patients that might need a deeper level of sedation than conscious sedation. General anesthesia is administered by a dental anesthesiologist and is reserved for special needs, very young children where oral conscious sedation might not be indicated and/or those with extreme dental phobias that can not be resolved with minimal sedation.

They did not do their job right. Please look carefully into where you take your children. My mom took my 3 year old sister to get a procedure done and the crown fell and we don't know where it went (she might've swallowed it or it got lost somehow). My mom called the office and they told her that she would have to go in again at 5am in the morning. We just don't understand why it fell. It wouldn't have fallen if the dentists did their job right.

Been taking my 2 daughters here since their first dentists appointments and we've always had a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and always has smiles. They've always gone above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable in a place most kids fear. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good children dentist.

First off I came the day before to get my daughter vitals before she got put under anesthesia the following day. I got there the day of her procedure and they lost all her paperwork. And then I was waiting for my daughter in lobby. And the nurse working up front was very rude told me I couldn't have any food or drinks in the waiting lounge and I let her know that it was water and she said it doesn't matter if it has a straw it cannot be in their facility. This is Arizona. We're not able to drink water in offices anymore. And then I went to the restroom came out and she was talking about me to the other workers up front. Her Name was Jessica. She was very unprofessional and very rude

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The service is horrible. They tried to refuse to give me my medical records when they can easily print it out. This place has gone down hill 1000%. I have Removed both my children from coming here.

I was calling to schedule an appointment for my son and nobody seems to WANT TO answer the phone. Do the workers not realize that this is a place of business? How hard is it to pick up the phone and place someone on hold. Haven't stepped into this office yet and don't plan to seeing how they can't even answer a phone call. Lousy customer service.

I do not like this place. They are rude especially for targeting kids they have no patience with them. My 5 was so scared to get the x-rays and the cleaning. they yelled at me to hold him down my 5 was over powing me so i was like lets try again another day and the lady was well if you just hold him we could get it done. I was like im not forcing my kid to do it. they said they want to put my 5 year old to sleep tells me to sign. I'm OK why do you have to put him to sleep? They said just sign. OK well can I be with him when you put him to sleep. said no . I said I was not comtable with that the lady gave me such attitude cause I said I did not want him to be back there alone. Kept saying she's refusing service.

Just wanted to give a five star to Cary. She's awesome with children! She made our kids feel so comfortable and showed them everything she was going to do from touch to feel. It's just nice to see the assistants actually care and take their time with our children. Thank you Cary!!!!

When we started going here a few years ago it was awesome. But now it has really gone downhill. I waited for almost 2 hours for the doctor to see my 4-year-old daughter. I was highly disappointed. I was also told my one of the assistance that if OSHA was to walk in they would have shut the office down. That was my last time ever going to that place.

Took my 20mo daughter here 3 days after she had fallen and chipped her front tooth. They saw me on time, took me to a room where I saw Dr Yang. She was nice, brushed my girls teeth although my kid was freaking out. Dr had told me she would need two little baby root canals on both center top two front teeth. Said her nerves were exposed and she could be in discomfort/pain. My kid would be given anesthesia AS WELL! I was shocked...that's the worse case scenario that could happen. We left the room afterwards and went back to the front desk to get further information on the anesthesia. The front staff told me that for an appointment with anesthesia, would be pushed out up to 2 months (June). I'm like...YO didn't the doctor JUST tell me my girl could be in pain/discomfort, and you're trying to have her wait 2 months for an appointment? I told them that was RIDICULOUS! Only then the front lady and nurse (I'm sorry I forgot your names) had considered putting a "rush" on the authorization for insurance, but even then they had AGAIN told me it could be up to a month wait. I left the office feeling terrible, knowing I had to put my daughter through a double root canal. I had a couple family members tell me to schedule an appointment at a different location not affiliated, to see if she would get the same diagnosis. We went to a different dentist office the day after, which is today april 23rd, and this dentist had told me that my daughter is fine, there is a slight shift in the teeth due to the trauma, and could call for infection as it heals and to follow up in 2 months. SO...we started this with my daughter possibly being put through the worse case scenario...to something that we don't really have to worry too much about. Can you imagine the frustration I would have, as a parent? Not considering the fact that we can't even afford root canals...wow. Was this office just trying to milk money out of us? Why? Why would you give her such a diagnosis? Not even an x-ray. I would've liked x-rays, maybe as proof but my kid wouldn't sit still for that anyway. My kid being fussy is not the point though. I wouldn't recommend this branch of "cute smiles 4 kids" offices to anyone and I am NOT going back. I called them today and had asked to speak to the doctor, but she was out of office. Then I had told them to cancel the auth for my girls appointment. Maybe some other kid who MAYBE got an accurate diagnosis MIGHT need that appointment slot. I can't imagine what this office is doing to other kids and families.

When we first started going here they were great but our recent visit sucked. The doctor didn't talk to us instead she talked to her assistance about my son's cavities and then the assistances told us about the cavities and what needs to be done. We made an appointment on Dec 30 and when we took him they told us we need to schedule a separate appointment for his sealant. They never told us we need to schedule 2 separate appointments when I scheduled his appointment. This place has go down hill. I would never recommend this place. The doctor can't even talk to us about my son. She had to talk the the assistance.

I was told by front desk that my appointment is at 230pm, we arrived 15mins early and now it is 313pm. BUT they said oh it is at 3:00pm. I am a mother with a tight schedule and if they could have been honest with their schedule. I'd be more understanding but waiting here for more than an hour is RIDICULOUS!!!
