Having beautiful, healthy teeth has always been important to his family of singers, so dentistry was on Steves radar when he started college at Brigham Young University. The more he learned, the more it became his passion.
Steve attended dental school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Upon graduating, he participated in a one-year AEGD program at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. From there, he moved to Richmond, Virginia, where he specialized in endodontics at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Following his experience in Virginia, Steve worked alongside Gordon Christiansen in Provo, Utah. He loved the experience but was drawn to the opportunity, friendly people, and coyote hunting in Bismarck. Steve and his wife, Anneli, have four children, Aili, Paul, Elyssa, and William. They like to swim, eat ice cream, motorbike, and ski.
A graduate of the VCU School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia, with DDS and MSD degrees, as well as an Endodontic Certificate, Nathan also earned a certificate from the University of Utah GPR residency program and earned Deans List honors at both institutions. Nathan is a member of the prestigious national dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon and received the AAE Award as the schools Outstanding Senior Student upon graduation.
Nathan has had extensive surgical training and experience with implants, bone grafting, and membranes and is committed to employing the latest in dental and endodontic training, practices, technology, and equipment. Nathan is dedicated to the advancement of education in the field of dentistry and, while completing his schooling at VCU, spent numerous hours tutoring and mentoring other students in the program. Born and raised in Ogden, Utah, and a graduate of Weber High School and Weber State University, Nathan is married to the former Holly Felt. They are the parents of three children, Ethan, Sawyer, and Peyton. Nathan has always had a great love of the outdoors and is an avid sportsman and accomplished athlete. A two-sport letterman at Weber High, Nathan continues to support local sports teams and clubs as well as volunteer for a number of youth coaching positions.

Dr Osmond and staff we're amazing and put my mind at ease, I would recommend this place to everyone worried about a root canal, I'm an Air Force Veteran and I was worried about the procedure and process but I didn't feel anything, Dr Osmond is amazing and what he does, thank you again!

I heard horror stories of how awful root canals are..well it was not bad at all!!! Dr Wayment & his Assistant Megan were wonderful. Very professional, easy to talk to, answered all my questions. I would recommend everyone go to Custom Endodontics. My first root canal was a piece of cake!! Thank you for taking care of me!!

I have bad anxiety when it comes to work on my teeth. I definitely think I will be coming back if I need future work. Made me definitely comfortable and the stories about your family and children made me relax. Also thank you for getting me in so soon for that root canal, was in some extreme pain now feeling so much better.

A great place to go for a root canal. They all did awesome - from the scheduling to the front desk paperwork to the Assistant to Dr Osmond. Not only were they very professional but also super friendly!!

Wonderful experience all the way around. From convenient parking to clean rest rooms.Didn't have to wait long in the very comfortable sitting area. Very much enjoyed the old photos and beautiful brick work.Needless too say the dental work was top notch. Thank you very much

By far the best experience I've had in a dental office. I wish they did more than what they do because I would only go here. The difference from the prior dentist who attempted the root canal to this office is unreal. It's clear this is what they do and they do it better than most.
