Dr. Ryan Turpin uses his extensive life experiences and education to provide the highest level of dental care in a gentle, compassionate matter. In 2009 he received his D.D.S (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from the University Of Oklahoma Health and Science Center School of Dental Medicine. While there he was known as a leader in his class, he was devoted to creating the best possible dental education opportunities for the Universities students and continues to support the schools curriculum.

Following dental school, Dr. Turpin post doctorate training in implantology, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and reconstructive dentistry. Dr. Turpin continuously pursues new continuing education to provide his patients with the best dentistry can provide.

Dr. Turpin has been caring for patients for 11 years at his private practice, Custom Dental of Purcell. Dr. Turpin was awarded Investor of the People in 2013. He is a dedicated member of the American Dental Association, as well as the Oklahoma Dental Association. Dr. Turpin has dedicated hundreds of his hours to community service and to the ADA International Volunteer Organization in addition to hosting his own charity events. He lives in Moore with his daughter Alora and the office French Bulldog Lola!

My days are spent helping patients improve and maintain their dental health. I take radiographs, perform perio charting, place sealants, and provide comfortable cleanings. My focus is on patient education, teaching each person about oral and systemic health. At Custom Dental of Purcell we are a true team and have each others backs, always. Everyones #1 priority is caring for our patients the best we possibly can, and having fun while doing so!

I grew up in the beautiful Arbuckle Mountains in Davis, Oklahoma. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelors degree in dental hygiene in 1997, I acquired more than 20 years of experience in the field. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and am delighted when they discover for themselves the improvements in the health of their teeth and gums.

Away from the office, I enjoy reading, boating, and spending time with my husband, Brian. We love to travel, create new adventures, and listen to our two children Josh & Anna play in the church praise team band.

I work in the clinic, assisting Dr. Turpin and the hygienists with procedures while supporting our patients and providing direct care. I am also our office equipment and supply manager. We have an incredible practice and I work with the best people. We are the Dream Team and help where needed. Dr. Turpin is an amazing dentist and very caring. You will always find us having fun and working hard!

I assist Dr. Turpin, chairside, with dental procedures. While Im helping him, Im also focused on our patient and making sure they are comfortable in the chair. Dr. Turpin and the girls make coming to work fun. We are always laughing, with each other and with our patients!

My son, Isaiah, keeps me busy! We like to go to the park, to the zoo, and to play outside. When I have free time, I enjoy concerts, reading books, and crocheting. Mainly, I enjoy my career and being a good mom to my son.

I love being able to walk patients through their treatment and help them better understand their needs and why treatment is necessary. Its so rewarding when they trust the process and end up amazed at how much better they feel!

I treatment plan and work up each patients insurance based on Dr. Turpins plan. I also assist the assistants and hygienists, and am support for the front office, too. The people in this practice are amazing. Their genuine care for one another, and their communication with each other and our patients, is incredible!

My husband Aaron and I live in Norman with our two sons, Brice and Asher. We have a Boston Terrier named Buck, too. On our time off we enjoy going to the gym, being with our large extended family, and generally just being outside. In the summer were often at the lake or the pool. We attend church at Victory Family Church in Norman and love to volunteer anytime we can.

My focus is keeping the flow of the office moving smoothly, to the benefit of our patients and team. I track insurance claims and payments, review treatment and financials with patients, and keep everyone smiling. All of our team members work together to give our patients their best dental experience. We care for one another and for our patients, like a family!

My three grandsons are the highlight of my life. Watching and listening to them as they grow is a blessing. I travel when I have the opportunity, with Destin, Florida being a favorite destination. Closer to home, Ive recently tried my hand at cake decorating will have to wait and see if this becomes a new hobby.
