One of the best dentist I ever been, I saw a dentist in Miami and he told me that I he have to remove two of my teeth and do some implants, I did a second opinion with Dr Whitaker and he save both of the and do crowns on it and the look amazing so after that he been my primary dentist.

I had just moved to the area about two weeks ago and I was on the hunt for a new dentist. From the app zocdoc (highly recommended they don't have an app like this in New England) I was in between two practices. However, the one thing that separated from other practices and that stood out about this practice was the ease of an appointment availability and the hospitality. I had made two appointments with the other practice that was in the running and had to reschedule twice. At that point, I decided to give custom care a chance. Despite the difficulty to find a dentist in the area, I was pleasantly surprised by my initial conversation with Tammy! She was wonderful! Once I arrived for my appointment, I was warmly welcomed and surprised she remembered me! The staff at custom care are exceptional. Dr. Ward was quick and sincere in his analysis and Tanya, the hygienist was quick and very productive. She was also very informative which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new dentist.

This practice is a gem and highly recommend. I've been seeing Dr. Whitaker for a year now. My experience has been nothing but great service every time. You are never rushed, always seen quickly, never have trouble getting in when there is an urgent matter. Everyone will know your name and you will get quality care with exceptional doctors. You can tell this group of doctors love what they do best. I can confidently say I look forward to my visits.

I have been a patient of Custom Dental Care for 4+ years. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the service provided by the Dental Hygienist and Doctor; I have had several services provided over the years and each has been successful! Dr. Whitaker is amazing and his whole staff are not only competent but seem to actually care too. You can't say this about every healthcare provider. Tanya is also great and real personable, as are the rest of the staff. Every experience here for me has been a good one. Def recommend.

My family and i been coming to Custom Dental Care for several years. I have extremely impressed with the level of care and the level of experience and professionalism of the staff. The dental hygienist, Tanya, is extremely thorough! My teeth feel amazing after her cleanings! She also provides useful tips and education to help keep my mouth healthy between visits. I highly recommend Dr. Whitaker and his amazing staff!

Dr. Whitaker is someone who values his patients! I feel well taken care of whenever I arrive at his office. The staff are always smiling and very pleasant to be around. Tanya, our hygienist, is by far the sweetest person you will ever meet. She has been my hygienist for 8 years now and I can't say enough about how amazing she truly is. My family appreciates coming to this office where we are given the best service with a welcoming atmosphere.

Back in June 2021 had implants done at this office ! Be very careful!! No guarantee! No money back ! My top implants are the most uncomfortable teeth ever ! Eating is very uncomfortable because I find myself eating with the gums not the teeth ! The back teeth are so file down ! That is why I eat with the plastic gums ! I was not satisfied with the implants! They never fitted right from the beginning! When I complain after 11000 thousand dollars and two credit cards later ! They want to fix not redo them !! I have a space between my upper gums and the implants that food gets in there! Yes I have a good smile but the uncomfortable is inside and when I eat ! I should've check more option's before all this !! Now I'm stuck with this uncomfortable feeling and I need to see another doctor and have them done again! This place gives no refund and no quarantee
