We're a retired military family and have had our share of different experiences with many different dentists from coast to coast and even overseas. We love coming to Custom Dental. I feel like the staff really cares about us as patients. They actually take the time to talk to us about our oral hygiene. I've been coming here since 2018 and have not had a bad experience. I've never wait longer than 10min for my appointment. The ease of scheduling or having to reschedule in a timely manner is great compared to other places. Im very happy and fortunate to have found this place.

Walked in today for my kids checkup and teeth cleaning and they gave me a bill for $100. When asked what the charges were for, they said it was for missed appointments from July 2020.. 5 months into Covid 19! Appointments that I never received any phone calls to confirm or reschedule. I tried to explain to Jessica (Office Manager) that we did not get any phone calls about the July appointments. Jessica was extremely rude and very unprofessional. When I ask to speak to her boss (The Owner... Dr. Linn) Jessica said that he will not speak with patients about office/billing matters. Time to look for another Dentist.

Shh. Don't tell anyone but this place is great. Dr. Ben has always been upfront about treatment. I really enjoy hearing the shields analogy. So much so I repeat it to the kids. I would not want to be any place else. Staff is great. Greet me by name. Everything is awesome. Thanks to everyone.

Assistants looks more dominating than directors. I don't why do they talk to fast and act like robots . Everything fixed at tongue and speed lol

Custom Dental in Bakersfield provides excellent care. I have been going to them for my dental work for several years. The staff is professional and caring, and I feel that the dentists take pride in providing excellent treatment. The dental staff is diligent in describing what they are doing when working on me, and they clearly lay out all treatment options. I give them my strongest recommendation!

Since my first visit to Custom Dental it has not crossed my mind changing over to another dental office. Custom Dental has a very welcoming environment and a Professional Team who takes excellent care of my teeth. Every time I've been in for a check up they have proven to value and care for their patients. I am very pleased with their good attention and communication. They sure make my visits smooth sailing. On My first visit my gums were not very healthy and I needed a very good cleaning. As of now I have not needed major work done to my teeth other than a filling. I can say that my teeth and gums have greatly improved since making them my trusted dental care of choice. All of my checkups have been accommodated at the best of my convenience and I always receive a call as a reminder. Thank You Custom Dental.

I'm writing this review to warn people from undergoing unnecessary dental work that could damage your teeth. I had recently moved to Bakersfield & needed to find a new dentist. I have always gone to the dentist regularly since I was a child. I also brush & floss daily. I take very good care of my teeth. Dentists remark about my beautiful teeth at dental appointments. I haven't had a cavity in 16 years. This is why I was surprised when Custom Dental diagnosed me with 6 cavities. After this diagnosis, I decided to get a second opinion. Another honest dentist in Bakersfield reviewed the x-rays & said I had no cavities. Obviously I trust the dentist who is not trying to make money off of drilling into my teeth.
