Dr. Hernann is originally from Chicago, IL. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Illinois in 2009. He continued on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2013. While in dental school, he completed rotations that focused on pediatric dentistry, geriatric dentistry, and treating severely medically compromised patients.
After graduating dental school, Dr. Hernann began practicing in a group practice on Chicagos South Side. He then transitioned to a private practice on the citys North Side. While at this practice he began extensive training in orthodontics. Including orthodontics, he strongly values continuing education, completing courses in a vast array of concentrations including; advanced esthetics, implant restoration, TMJ issues, and sleep apnea. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Colorado State Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentists.
Caprice was born and raised in Mississippi. She moved to Colorado in 1998 where she enrolled at Cambridge College. She has been working in the dental field ever since. She has been a chairside assistant for over 10 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and everything this great state has to offer.
Robin was born and raised in New York and came out to Colorado for the sunshine. She trained at the Colorado School of Dentistry for EDDA certification under Dr. Berry. Having 20 years of experience in the dental field as an EDDA, Robin went back to school for office management and studied at the Aurora Campus. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time gardening, with family, and her German Shephard, Omega.

Dr Zach Hernann is the most personable medical professional I have ever encountered in any field of medicine. In addition, he is also the best at what he does, and over the years I have had many medical professionals take care of me as well as many dentists. I highly recommend him. You will be very pleased if you go to him.

One of the best dental experiences I've ever had! Dr. Hernann was extremely nice and took the time to explain things. Definitely recommend. Bonus points for Seinfeld playing in the waiting room.

I went in this morning as a new patient. I really love this office! Robin greats you with a warm smile at the front desk. Caprice gets you ready to see the dentist. Dr. Zach is a bright light as well. I usually don't like a dentist to clean my teeth, but Dr. Zach ROCKED my cleaning!! And, I am sooo picky about teeth cleanings. I am so happy I found Cusp Family Dental. My new forever dental office!

Such an amazing visit! I have not been trusting of new dentist for a very long time because of an awful experience with my wisdom teeth many years ago. The staff here made me feel so wonderful and he fixed everything I needed in such a short amount of time! Definitely coming back to see him regularly.

Very friendly small office. I have a ton of anxiety related to seeing a dentist and it's been years since I've gone. I was able to schedule my appointment online and get in the next day. The day of my appointment I had everything taken care in one sitting - X-rays, cleaning, and filling some cavities. No way did I imagine I could do all that at once, but the care I received made it possible. The day after, I took a call from the office and it was Dr. Hernann himself checking in on me. Overall, 5/5 experience through and through. This will be my only dentist office from now on.

He is the friendliest and most gentle dentist I have ever had. He doesn't ask "when was the last time you flossed" or, " how many times do you gloss a week"? He cleans your teeth, says thank you to his employees and thanks me for coming in.

My dentistry experience here was one of the best I ever had, and I had been avoiding going back to get dental work for the past 10 years due to previous horrifying experiences I had. But after consulting with Dr. Zach he explained everything that was important for me to consider and know which helped me make the very best decision for my treatment plans, ones that helped me feel confident and secure and most importantly, ones that overall benefited my health and would help me get back to my beautiful smile....One that I had been missing (purposely) because I didnt want to go through the process of getting them fixed. Almost immediately after a thorough worry free exam and consultation I decided to get my work started, which he had made available for me right away. I was treated with sincere and geniune patient care and needless to say, I came out of there with a problem fixed, that I have been shamefully living with for the past 5 to 10 years. I'm beyond satisfied and look forward to the remainder of my treatment plan. Didnt have to go through dental surgery, as others had led me to believe and most importantly the prices where so much more reasonable than any I have ever seen. The whole staff at this dental office is amazing, to the point I'm bringing the rest of my family to this family practice and that includes a 5 and 6 year. Thanks Cusp Family Dental, your the best

Dr.Zach was very professional, as well as educational while treating me. the customer service and assistance by the employees was excellent. I felt right where I needed to be for any dentist to treat me. I would recommend him over any other dentist I've been to.

I saw Dr. Zach last week after having some tooth pain for a while. Turns out I had a couple cavities that needed to be filled. He offered to fill them right when I was there, but I had to get back to work. I made an appointment for the next day (they have awesome hours- early and late) so I was able to come in right before work. It was super convenient! Dr. Zach and his staff made me feel totally comfortable and the best part was that I'm not in pain anymore!
