We've had 3 kids go through the braces process through Dr. Cusack. The process for all 3 has been seamless. From start of contract to the day of removal the staff and doctor are consistent and clear on treatment. It helps everyone in both Pekin and Peoria offices are friendly. Scheduling is a breeze and they almost always work my kids in when a quick repair is needed. Financing is important when you have multiple with braces on at once. The payment plans they have available are helpful! Flawless billing system as well!!

My daughter, Blair, came in today for braces and had the best, easiest experience! She was initially nervous but Kinsey our assistant was excellent! She walked her through step by step at the start of our appointment through the end of our appointment! And Dr. Cusack is very kind and knowledgeable. We can't wait to come back for our next appointment!

Started my kids with Dr. Demonte before he retired and Dr Cusack took over. This office has a great friendly staff that made the transition smooth for our family. I would defintely refer Dr. Cusack and his team in the future!

Cusack Orthodontics has been an amazing place for my daughter. They are friendly and flexible. My daughter got her braces on at the height of Covid and she was very nervous. Despite new protocols they let me back to sit with her. I will always appreciate the kindness and compassion they showed that day.
