Dr. Guiles has been married for 20 years and has two children, ages 16 and 14. In his free time Dr. Guiles loves to hunt, fish, hike, ride ATV's and take his family boating in the summer. During the winter months, he loves to snowmobile, ski and ice fish.
Dr. Guiles knew from a young age that he wanted to become a dentist. His philosophy is to treat his patients with the utmost respect and to take the time to explain what their best treatment plan should be for them. For Dr. Guiles, patient wellness is a priority and good oral hygiene is paramount to the patient's overall health.
Marta Woodworth joined our team October 2001. She graduated from ISUM in 1981 with a BS in Dental Hygiene. Marta taught in the ISU dental hygiene department from 1981-1984 and taught yearly school programs for 15 years. Marta was on the board of Malhear Country Headstart for ten years. Marta has been married to her husband, Paul, for 17 years . Marta grew up in the Willamette Valley, moved to Idaho in 1976. Marta moved to the Payette area over 22 years ago. Marta loves to decorate, read, bicycle and spend time in her yard gardening.
Kari Brumfield attended Idaho State University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene in 2002 and was awarded The Golden Scaler award. Kari joined Dr. Guiles office in 2008 after marrying her husband Casey and moving to Fruitland. She went into the dental field beacause she enjoys caring for the the young at heart and everyone in-between!
Kari enjoys doing just about anything outdoors. From running to skiing, all four seasons are full of experiencing all that Idaho has to offer. Family, friends and curling up with a good book also top Karis list of things she likes to do most.
Favi Jasso attended Milan technical Institute Dental Assistant Program and graduated 2010. Favi joined our Team in 2011 and went into the dental field to help people and make them feel confident about their smiles. She looks forward to providing superior care to each and every patient she takes care of. Being fluent in Spanish, she is able to provide a much needed bridge to those who need help understanding dental procedures in the Spanish community.
Selena Menchaca joined out practice December of 2017. She has 11 years experience, and graduated from Apollo College in 2008. Selena has always had a passion to help those in need & loves seeing patients who gain confidence in their smiles. Selena is fluent in English, Spanish and American Sign Language.
Selena comes from a large family of 4 siblings, and 11 nieces and nephews. She enjoys spending time with family and making memories. She loves to garden and tries to spend as much time outdoors doing yard work or going camping.

I am a new patient to Dr Guiles and he has been the most gentle Dentist I have been to. I highly recommend him for your dental needs. He has an amazing staff have not been disappointed with the service of all his employees.

My family has been going to this practice for 14 years. All experiences have been great. We love Kari and the other hygienists. Many of the staff are the same in this time. Dr Guiles is gentle and thorough. If you have a fear of dentists, this is the place to go.

My family has been going to Dr. Guiles for 20 years and he is amazing! He has an easy touch and really cares about the well being of his patients. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and we always feel so comfortable coming to him. My daughter even fell asleep while getting a cavity filled!! I recommend Dr. Guiles for routine checkups to major dental work!

Dr Guiles, Kari and the rest of the staff are AMAZING!!!! We have been seeing Dr Guiles for three years and will not go anywhere else. They have been so patient with our daughters. It took about four attempts to get my oldest comfortable for cleaning. I would highly recommend Dr Guiles and staff to anyone!

I've been going here since I was a child and I don't think I'd ever want another dentist. The staff has always been kind and genuinely care about their patients. I always leave this place with my smile clean and from ear to ear.

Excellent dentist! This dentist does the work that needs to be done, while letting you know what work eventually will need attention. I went to this dentist for a second opinion after I was told that I needed 4 cavities fixed by an express lane dentist. After taking x-rays and looking at my teeth he came to the conclusion that eventually I will need 1 crown and that the other 3 cavities needed nothing at this time. He stated that if they would have "fixed" my cracked tooth like a cavity it would have resulted in higher level of surgery instead of a crown. This was 3 years ago and I have no dental pain and zero of the recommended fillings or the crown. Go to this dentist and get the work you need and great customer service. This dentist does not do unnecessary work to make more money.
