Dr. Will Curtis was born and raised in Mooresville, with his Mooresville native parents, Brent and Margaret Curtis and sister Neely Curtis. His Mooresville roots go all the way back to his great-great grandfather, John Robert McNeely, who served as the first mayor and was a co-founder of Mooresville. He is a proud Mooresville High School graduate where he played football and tennis. He received his undergraduate education from UNC Chapel Hill in biology, a Masters degree in biology from Mississippi College and his dental degree from East Carolina University where he graduated with honors. He was awarded the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Award for achievement in general dentistry and was also inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC, where he learned advanced techniques in general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics (root canals), and implant dentistry. He takes pride in continuously improving his knowledge of the field through rigorous continuing education and is working towards a Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Iredell County Dental Society, and Academy of General Dentistry. He and his wife Catherine, son Fin, and dog Mac reside in Mooresville.
Dr. Alyssa F. Drake grew up in a wonderful small town in southern West Virginia called Saulsville. Her family was close friends with two dentists who owned a practice there, and she was a patient of theirs for many years. Her positive experiences at their practice inspired her to become a dentist and experience the privilege and joy of positively transforming a patient's smile and overall health herself.
Dr. Drake attended West Virginia University for both her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She worked in Fairmont, WV, as a general dentist for two years following her graduation from dental school before moving to Mooresville.
She is married to her best friend, Matt, and they have a two-year-old son who is the joy of their lives. Dr. Drake enjoys being outdoors and staying active with her family, as well as getting involved in her church and community as much as she can.

I had such a great experience today! Morgan is such a great hygienist and Dr. Drake was fabulous! I appreciate the both of them! I was very nervous in coming in due to bad past experiences at different dentist facilities, but I am so glad I finally made that appointment and went in for a cleaning! I will see you all in 6 months!

This was my first visit and i must say i was very impressed. Everyone was professional, yet friendly. I got the feeling they really care. I highly recommend them. This is a follow up as I just finished my 2nd visit during which 2 teeth, including a wisdom tooth, were extracted. I am 61 years old and i've never had a less painful dentist visit. I was put at ease from the very beginning and couldn't be happier with how everything went. It is safe to say i've found my forever dentist.

Look no farther. I'm giving five stars because there's no option for ten. From entry to exit this practice is the most professional and organized dental office in the southeast. They are always nice and respectful. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust look no further. They are awesome and are straight up with you about everything. Curtis Family Denistry is an awesome atmosphere. Dr. Drake is just the best. I have severe anxiety when I'm at the dentist. I started with Dr. Drake last Summer. She is the most careful, gentle and compassionate dentist I've ever experienced. The office staff, they are just superb. I can't find enough words to describe the excellent service they give here.
