They texted me day before my appointment saying that they are going to give my appointment away to someone else and that they don't reschedule appointments. I do not recommend going thru this company at all. Very rude. Update: Then he sees my review calls me to threaten me with legal actions or take my review down.

I loved having Tia as my hygienist today! She is gentle, she is a phenomal educator, she is so personable, and you can tell she knows what she's doing! I felt extremely comfortable and she made me love my smile more today! Dr Shipley is fantastic as well! I appreciate that he takes time explaining things and he has a conservative approach in trying things before pulling the trigger on drastic changes or big treatments. He explains all options very well and checks back in often! Great chair side manner! The front office staff is always friendly and I'm always greeted each visit by Bettie Jo! His dental assistant is very knowledgeable and sweet too! Really the entire team has been nothing short of amazing! Cure dental has a phenomenal team! I've had great experiences here at this office! Highly recommend!

I have had some traumatic experiences at dental offices as a kid and as an adult except for here at Cure Dental. I felt super at ease and cared for by the most compassionate staff. They talked me through the entire process and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I am actually looking forward to my next visit! I never thought I'd say those words! Cure Dental has the bar set pretty high, in my opinion.

I became a patient at this office back in the summer. Everyone is so kind and the environment is so relaxing. I highly recommend Dr. Shipley and his staff to everyone. I appreciate everything they have done for me.

This will be a long review, but please read through. I'd love to give this dr a five star review had he not turned into a joke. Now I'd give a zero but that's not possible so a 1 star will have to suffice. My children had a dentist appointment today, this morning I had a family emergency telling me my dad had a heart attack. As any one of you would do, I went to the hospital. Even in the state of an emergency I thought enough to call and cancel. First I'm told nothing, then I'm told we can't be patients because it's less than 48 hours notice because we all pencil in emergencies on our calendars right ? Then I'm told he's not taking new patients. The dr himself won't take my call, then messages me to tell me they are no longer a provider of our insurance. So in less than a day, three excuses. The website says he has a heart for serving, I say that's a lie. He had no heart what so ever. Money is what he serves, powered by greed. I hope he should never experience any emergency that enables him to fulfill his prior obligations to an appointment. I also think in a world flipped upside down already, this is a prime example of how greed has depleted human civility. And shame on him for treating people this way and maybe just going forward he will understand that it's time to either take three lies off his website or start striving to have that heart of caring. This dentist is not as he seems and I'm a strong believer someone else will have a negative experience to share and should do so because the praises he receives is not warranted, nor earned

My experience with Cure Dental was wonderful I really appreciate how everyone took care of me because I had been in pain for awhile and every other dentist off was booked up until next year for a extraction. I highly recommend Cure Dental

Took my daughter to see Dr. Shipley and the staff at Cure Dental I was very impressed. He was good good with her as a parent it was great to see. Very happy 100% recommended

They are absolutely amazing! We went in with 4 kids age 5-11 and they was so great with them! They listened to our concerns! They did everything they could to make it a great experience for all of us! Can't wait to come back! 10 out of 10!! Would 120%recommend

Really awesome and way different (In the best way) from other dental practices. The accommodations are great and the staff is better. Convenient location, chill waiting area, and they've got tvs in all the rooms so you can see your x-rays or watch apple tv with provided bluetooth headphones. Definitely worth checking out.

I highly recommend Cure Dental. The Staff are all very friendly. Tia is the best and such a sweetheart. She really cares about her patients. They go above and beyond to make their patient feel welcome and provide EXCELLENT care! I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Very satisfied.

This place is such a great place to get you dental needs taken care of. The staff is so nice considerate and catering. I was very nervous and apprehensive about having my extraction and they completely made me feel at ease. Kept checking to make sure I wasn't in pain and even text me to make sure I was ok after it was done because they knew how nervous I was. Highly recommend them.

I have never wanted to post a review for a place this badly! Because we know the owner? NO! (I don't do that. Sorry friends!) It was literally the best experience at the dentist we have ever had! We actually have had a good dentist for years. We've been happy with them, but I genuinely did not know what we were missing, in many ways! I had no complaints about our old dentist. I just felt like maybe we should try Cure Dental because it just looked like a place where they go the extra mile for you! Have your kids ever begged you to go back to the dentist again as soon as possible!? Because mine just did! Not only that, I am blown away by the dental Insurance they offer, which was a very pleasant surprise! The place we went before was pretty expensive, but we paid because they did a great job. I would often only get the kids x-rays once a year instead of every six months because it was just so expensive for every little thing! I paid for an insurance plan, and then I paid for every individual cleaning, exam, and x-ray. At Cure Dental that is all included in the annual payment! The exams, the cleanings, and the x-rays! I will be paying $499 a year for all four of the kids! What!?!? That just blows my mind, because Cure Dental was far superior in every way to any dentist office we've been in before (and we have been in quite a few)! I really believe in Dr. Shipley as a person but also as a dentist! As we pulled up I saw him walking one of his patients to the door. As he was holding the door open for her, he noticed we had arrived. My kids took forever to locate their face masks and hop out of the car. I thought he would go back inside, but he just stood there waiting patiently. I just wanted to get a picture of that because he was going above and beyond and doing what I've never seen any dentist do in my life! As my kids were approaching the door he greeted them with the happiest, most cheerful greeting, and gave them each a fist bump! As soon as we got inside the staff came to introduce themselves and it was one kind and happy greeting after another! While taking GREAT care of them, the kids felt so comfortable & at ease with everything! TEN STARS! I could go on and on about all the little things that made the entire experience so awesome! It was amazing! So many little things! A few examples... Their headphones had little hygiene covers over the earmuffs, which I really appreciated. They gave each of them the remote to the TV so they could control it themselves, without having to ask for it to be changed. Dr. Shipley made sure they didn't leave without going to the hot chocolate bar, and made them each a cup of hot chocolate himself! Seriously, what dentist does that!? The little travel packs they gave them included regular toothpaste and all natural toothpaste, as well as a BUNCH of other stuff! Just little details like that made it so awesome!! The fridge was also stocked with lots of options for kids and adults. Not just water. They also gave us a full size bottle of all natural mouthwash and all-natural floss for each member of the family, when we signed up for the dental insurance! I felt like I should be thanking them, but they were thanking me!! With gifts!!! I have never experienced feeling guilty for how awesome it was after going to the dentist!! It's a completely new sensation! . One I like!! My kids are literally begging to go back there again as soon as possible! The staff really went out of their way to help, and make sure every small need was met, too! I could go on! I am so grateful for Cure Dental!! Truly!!! It can be so hard to find the right dentist for you and/or your family. It is such a relief when you really hit the jackpot! Update: as we have continued with Cure Dental every experience has been fantastic!!! Consistently great care and fantastic attention to detail!

The environment at Cure Dental is like no other! You can tell Dr. Shipley thought of it all to make his patients feel comfortable. We were given a warm welcome right away and felt like family before we left. Great with kids- TVs, juice boxes, and dragon/unicorn toothpaste were a nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend!
