New patients that have dental insurance, that we accept, must present their insurance information before their first visit in order to be eligible to use their insurance benefits at Cunning Dental Group. We will bill your insurance for the exam and X-rays. If they are covered at 100% no co-payment or deductible is required. If they are not covered at 100% then you will be responsible for any co-payment and yearly deductible.

Started going there about 10 years ago. At first it was a really great experience. The staff was really caring and not so concerned about emptying your wallet. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I spent over $20,000 to have a all on five dental implant appliance to replace all my upper teeth. They installed it way too tight cut off the circulation to my gums and I ended up with a up with a pretty bad case of dead tissue which all had to be cut away. Horrifically painful recovery. Trying to get some pain medication was futile and I spent about a month in a excruciating pain. rinsing my mouth with a lidocain mouthwash 3 times a day just so I could function. Finally all that settled down and then I had one of my mounting screws break off and that had to be replaced. After that part of one of my molars broke off also having to be repaired. The last time I was in for my every 6 months inspection and cleaning of my appliance which now cost a $125 every time I go they told me my appliance is cracked in 2 places and they can repair it for $500 as it is out of warranty after a couple of years. They also gave me the option of having a new better appliance that doesn't crack and it is only $18,000. I don't think I realy look like Bill Gates but I must for the amount of money they try to peel off me every time I go in now. Cunning Dental and I had to part company because I really just cant afford the astronomical prices they charge and their lack of standing behind their product. Sad but true.

Cunning Dental changed my life. I shopped around and nothing compares. Staff is amazing. I was introduced to the Irvine office. Beautiful environment. Special thanks to Dr. Tanaka, Anna, Christina, and Joe. *** I've returned for a cleaning and a concern I had. Staff recognized my urgency and immediately scheduled me in last minute. I find Cunning Dental to be very organized/clean, cordial front office staff, and they provide great dental care. They made me feel relaxed during my procedure and have no problem driving the distance, even though I could go to a local place near my home. Impressive place!! :-)

1st time visit over here since the Irvine office closed. Great to see Joe!! He always takes great care of my teeth. The front office staff were all friendly, the place was very clean and the restroom was nice and fresh.

Joe at Cunning Dental is so Awesome! He does excellent work everytime he treats me. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. Every visit is quick and smooth. I'm super satisfied with his service. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. After overpaying in cash for a terrible experience; I'm now dealing with someone from Precision Ceramics (I was never made aware of the change). I've spent over a month trying to recover a cash overpayment for services that were not provided from when they were Cunning Dental. I should also mention that I originally asked for the refund via email back when it was announced that they would be closing the office where I had work done. I was never introduced to my new care coordinator. It was never explained to me how my overpayment would be handled...

All I wanted was a cleaning, but I was open honest I have autoimmune disease that is demineralizating my bones, my medical Dr is working on that. They already saw me, told me they could see I take good care of my teeth. When I called for a cleaning the 1st time. Her answer, "I will call you back" _No call back!_ 2nd call _ same answer, I will call you back._No call back _ 3rd call request talk to manager. I was transferred to a recording. Called again now they have their story down, "You need a specialist to evaluate you for a cleaning." EVER HEARD OF SUCH A RUN AROUND!!!

This was hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest and most efficient dental office I have ever been too! The office is very nice and squeaky clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. They were very kind and eased the uncertainties associated with my treatment.
