I can't say enough good things about this dentist office.Everyone is so nice,patient,and helpful.I had a tooth extracted here and was so scared,Tammy comforted me,and made the experience wonderful.Dr truman also made me feel safe during the whole procedure.I love this dentistry so so much!I love the whole stuff here!

My family and I were going to Preacher's Mill Dental but I had to find another dental place because I had to cancel my appointment for some dental work to be done on my teeth and they never refunded me the difference back. I felt like they didn't care and wasn't concerned about my teeth. So, I found Cumberland Dental Care and I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Truman did my extraction and he was the best ever. I felt so comfortable and Tammy made me feel at home. Everyone there has been outstanding and they really care about my teeth. This is the best dental office in Clarksville!

Update 10/5/2022...I had to have a tooth extracted on Monday and Dr. George did amazing. The dental assistants were fantastic. Thank you for taking the extra time and making me feel relaxed. Yall are wonderful. LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I am not a fan of the dentist at all but they are wonderful. I have a huge fear and they made me so comfortable and went at my pace. They were great with my kids too. You won't find a better place.

UPDATE 09/01/2022 2 years later: Appointment was scheduled for a specifically late time (5pm) 6month ago with the old staff! I got 2 confirmation calls and an email that said 5pm, EVEN THE DAY off they called and said if I could come in earlier than 5pm, they had a 4pm opening!! This was not possible due to work and kiddo's school bus arrival!! She even said ok see you at 5pm!! When I got there the new front desk staff said the appointment was 4:30pm!! At least they still chose this time to see my child. Because we were 20min early for the 5pm appointment! They did this with me personally before. I had a 3pm, I was there at 2:40pm, waited at the desk for another 10min, then the lady said (this was a whole new staff as well) I am more than 10min late for my 2:30pm appointment, we have to cancel you. I did not reschedule for my visit. I personally have to take antibiotics 1hr before a dental cleaning or procedure and one 2hrs after. Which I told them when I scheduled my appointments to make sure they don't change it. No one ever informed us of a whole new staff and new dentist change, this is the second time in less than a year they have a complete new entire clinic team!! Please keep your clients informed about changes, to make arrangements if they want to stay or find a new clinic! Not cool if you see everytime a new hygienist and dentist!! And the new staff should probably study the charts the night before, so you wouldn't be so surprised about certain answers from clients!! ____________________________ We just moved here, and good thing CRDC is still operating semi normal during Covid! Very friendly Staff from calling to schedule an appointment all the way thru to your appointment. Great Dentist who explains everything that is done before, during and after procedure. 5 stars

The office staff, particularly the office manager, was pleasant and helpful. However, although my appointment was for a cleaning, my teeth were not cleaned. I was told there would be an additional charge if the plaque and teeth polishing were done. The staff, including the dentist, tried to get x-rays but after more than five attempts concluded my mouth was too small to accommodate their equipment. Surely, my mouth is not the smallest they have seen. In addition, I felt as if I were being hustled during my entire appointment. I was pushed to accept I needed a deep cleaning. Jeff was brought in to give me a breakdown of cost. I thought I was in a car dealership's office. The final push to invest more money was a push to buy a Phillips toothbrush. I felt as if the staff did not see me as a patient but as source of revenue.

I have been to many dentist throughout my 45 years. I must say that this dentist is the WORST. Why? Because the doctor prepared 2 of my teeth (that are next to each other) to be crowned and did not prescribe me any medicine for pain. I have pain that neither Tylenol or Ibuprofen seems to able to ease. Also, I was there having my teeth worked on for over four hours. Because the doctor kept bouncing from room to room to see other patients. I guess I should've taken heed after hearing 2 other patients complaints on my visits. Lastly, they expected me to pay upfront for a service that was not complete. I had to tell the receptionist that I would pay the remainder once the work is complete. Today I had my permanent crowns put in and it was very painful as the dentist was trying to remove the temporaries. It felt like she was pulling it out of my brain. The crowns shade was off but I wasn't going through this pain for a 3rd time so I just told her to put them in. I will NEVER recommend this particular dentist to anyone.

I had an emergency extraction today and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They were very patient with me due to my severe social and dental anxiety. Bedside manner is top notch! They explained everything to me, step by step, in terms I could understand. They explained how my medicines would effect me, suggested foods, and so much more. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help take care of me. They were even kind, accommodating, and understanding that I had to bring my child with me since it was a last minute change of appointment. I cried leaving only because of the relief I had from such an amazing visit. Thank you all so much. Everyone I interacted with, thank you.

I have been coming to Cumberland Dental to get some new dentures and everyone here is wonderful and anyone that needs a new dentist please come see Dr Williams you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely the best. Professional and to the point, but not without a sense of humor. Explained everything in detail. Never felt rushed or like I was part of an assembly line. Cannot speak highly enough. Have more appointments to do through them and they took away that "visiting the dentist" anxiety on my first one. Highly recommended!

*posted without name, for privacy, staff knows who i am* I have dental anxiety, that i have communicated to the receptionist, as well as the staff. I have asked if Dr. Williams would be my dentist for my recent appointment and was told yes. I come in and there is yet another temporary dentist working on patients, not Dr. Williams. The treatment has left me with blue and damaged gums. The other tooth that was worked on has been partially eroded, which i have pictures of as well. This has been one of the worst experiences, i have ever had at a dental office and i had a few unpleasant ones. Some of the staff is friendly, but throughout the office there is misinformation given. I can absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. None of the dentists listed on the door as actual residential dentists work there. You never know who will be working on your teeth and this time i had exceptionally bad luck. Never going back.

Steffan was the best hygienist I have gone to. He has a really gentle which many people do not. All of the staff are great and they took good care of me. I would recommend them.
