We use up-to-date infection control measures and universal precautions recommended by both the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to protect both your family and our team. Our employees undergo frequent training to ensure proper infection prevention, respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette, updated safe injection practices, and measures for effective instrument sterilization.

Standard Precautions are the minimum infection prevention practices that apply to all patient care, regardless of suspected or confirmed infection status of the patient. These practices are set forth by many different administrations including OSHA, CDC, The American Dental Association (ADA), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). These practices include, but are not limited to:

  • Use of surface barriers to protect clinical contact surfaces, particularly those that are difficult to clean (e.g. switches on chairs, computer equipment) and barriers are changed or sanitized between each patient.

We have a great Leadership Team in place to ensure all our patients and employees have only the best experiences with our practices! Each person contributes to this team by building company culture, creating marketing campaigns, making every dental visit FUN! and everything in between- these are the people that are behind the scenes.

Yes so I have been bringing my toddler her for two years and todays visit was a nightmare she needed three fillings would not let me or my husband her father go back said there wasn't enough room if they had any problems they would come get us they did not they fault her for an hour and even busted her lips so the real reason they don't allow parents to come back is so that if something goes wrong nobody but the nurses will know I have already contacted my attorney

Quick and very friendly. Was great with my kids! Updating 4 years later... they're still great with my kids! Alexandra worked great with my kids who are highly emotional and deal with anxiety. She walked through every step of the process and promised goodies after.

I am sharing my experience to prevent another parent/child having to go through this. This office is not special needs friendly. Aside from the multiple cancelations due to unpredictable repairs, this office has delayed helping my daughter with her dental issue. We attempted the first filling appointment and it did not work out because my child would not cooperate because the sedation didn't work. Understandable that we would try again. 8 months later, the filing appointment turns into a crown appointment. I was unaware it had upgraded to a crown but trusted the dentist and just wanted her cavity better. Our appointment that we had waited 6 months for was cancelled due to the dentist being out for unknown reason. So we reschedule again a few days later that is inconvenient for us but we have to get my child help because at this point her cavity is severe. We go today only to be told they cannot treat her because she would not cooperate. I begged to go back to help soothe her due to her special needs and they were not understanding. I do respect policy however, policy should be to treat the child's dental needs. She has a significant painful cavity that now we are left to wait another 6 months for an appointment for her to be put to sleep. This office is not special needs friendly and I would not recommend them for dental issues. Cleanings should be rescheduled, not dental emergencies. Medical exceptions should be made for autistic children.

We arrived at Cumberland Dentistry and were invited back to the treatment area by the sweet Ms. Stephanie! She walked us through what was going to be done, asked about any concerns, and cleaned Aydens teeth; allowing him to watch a movie during the process! Once the x-ray room opened, she kindly walked ayden through the process and had the dentist discuss the results and treatment plan! I love this dentist office! Thank you Stephanie for being great at your job!

First- your staff is incredible from the front desk to people on the phone and the hygienist (hence the reason for the extra star). However the Dr is garbage. She refused to do a filling the "normal" way. Insisted on nitrous or "sleep juice". By the way.. YOU DONT GET TO BE BACK THERE. So basically they want to drug my kid and not let me go back to make sure she's fine. This isn't a surgery. It's a filling. She's had dental work before and it should be the PARENTS decision on if a procedure will traumatize THEIR child. Skip pediatric dentistry and go straight to a family dentists. It is 1000 percent about insurance. They want all that money because insurance is paying. Definitely not fooling me. So frustrating.

The wait time for appointments is ridiculous. My son has waited two months to get teeth extracted. They didn't notify anyone that they are closed and the lady on the phone tried to reschedule for a total of a six month wait.

What's going smarter location for years with my son than decided to swap to Murfreesboro when he got his braces put on this has been nothing but a headache ever since they were not using 100% covid protocol when covid was running rampant. I had t to bring that to their attention. They don't seen to be able to keep orthodontist or dentists there and the ones they get seem to lack empathy for their patients. Now they had there office shut down due to some repairs, they don't return calls or answer the phone and then if you do get them hopefully you don't have a teenager that fits there because all of the sudden without warning they no longer accept patients over the age of 14. Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist after Dr Jack left it all went downhill.
