Worst denture office in the area. Save your money and time going anywhere else. You should avoid their desolate parking lot by all means.

There nice and will.have them back In 2 weeks and you can afford it 700 for whole set 350 per plate

Worst place I have ever seen. That lady who owns it or runs it treats you like trash. She will not honor agreements she made with other doctors office. Plus she tried to still get my money bc we talked 3 times prior, and she wanted me to get a money order and pay her. But I got teeth removed before I had chance and called her and she said she couldn't honor it bc she didn't agree with my doctors office giving out MATS. Really sad how she profiled me, based on that who referred me and didn't hold up to the deal. Thank gosh I didn't give this place my money. I saved up just to get the dentures. Really cruel especially coming from a woman who knows how important a smile can be. I'm so emotionally upset over this bc I would have never had my teeth removed if I knew she would do this.

The woman named Shelly had made an deal thru my doctors office to discount top and bottom dentures to 450. I had spoken to them, my case worker was already sent paper over showing I was a patient of there's. When Shelly found out that I was on suboxone and not locked in a rehab, she refused me service. She said if she knew she had to work with suboxone or methadone patients she would have never agreed to a discount. How in the world does that even matter. We have emails and video of all of this. I will make sure everyone knows how badly she humiliated me for being on suboxone and trying to be a better person. My husband works everyday, he gave me his extra money in his pocket every night. I saved change for over a year to just get 450 dollars bc I'm unable to work due to complications from having acretia when pregnant & having my baby at 6 months. I could understand if I was a criminal.but I'm just a mom who wants to be comfortable when I smile. I've cried all day.I would never recommend these people bc they are the rudest people I've ever spoke to.

Would give a zero star if possible. Wife was scolded and treated horrible over being on addiction medicine. Which I still haven't figured out what it has to do with dentures? They make deals to help people and back out when the time comes. What a joke and I'd be ashamed to be a part of this establishment in any way. Lord the way you treat people is unacceptable. Msg me for details anyone

just a bad experience. The all women team were as unkind a people as one could possibly meet. Open two days a week. Phone otherwise unresponsive.

I had the best experience with them! I absolutely LOVE my new teeth and they have been so kind to me through the whole experience. I would give them a 10 star if I could. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you for all you do!!!!

I went to get a bee set of dentures after 2 weeks the wax set was done so I went in to do a try in. I asked 4 questions if the over bite was supposed to be that big, how much should my mouth close cause I didn't want my chin to come up to far when I bite down, I asked if they could fix the way my smile was in that set cause it was crooked when it hadn't been that way before and if they could fix the eye tooth on one side because it was pointy and the tooth beside it was lower and on the other side wasn't the same so they looked funny and I'm sure that was why my smile looked crooked! The young lady was rude saying she just felt like I was picking them to death! I replied I had paid 1000.00 for them and didn't want a crooked mile or to look funny cause the teeth wasn't matching from side to side ... 3 weeks later I had called after no phone call back after being put on hold for 25 minutes I hung up and called back later in which I was told then that they couldn't make them normal looking and we sent a refund back to your account. I wouldn't recommend this place at all just a waist of time

Very bad customer service and poorly made sub quality dentures. I paid $800 and the dentures did not fit nor look good. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Please dont make the same mistake I did. Spend your money on a good set and where you are treated good.

Worst place in the entire world to make dentures if i can find out how to post a picture of mine you would see they look like mule teeth they are way too big and crooked!! I could of made them better than that honest to God my child could have done a better job should of just threw my money in the garbage!!

My new teeth are GORGEOUS!! They fit perfectly and are super comfortable. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was really friendly. Even with the pandemic they are handling thing amazingly. I picked my dentures up in one week, so service was very fast. I couldn't be happier with everything. They gave me back my confidence after 5 years or having bad teeth and I couldn't be more grateful to them.

This is a wonderful family owned business. Very kind and professional. They really cared to make my experience as comfortable as possible. I'm so happy I went here....I do alot of singing and speaking and it's made these experiences so much easier, smiling has become my trademark! Thank you Cumberland Dentures for all you do!!!

They are the rudest place I've ever been. Mine didn't fit right and I was told that there was nothing they could do for me just because, I told them they needed adjusted.
