I should have read the reviews before going. I have been going to other dentist places for regular cleaning and no additional services were needed. When the did the x ray and no teeth problems, they asked me to do cleaning with irrigation and I needed to pay out of pocket of $100 for that. I asked if I can just do regular cleaning and they said they would call my insurance and see if insurance could cover the irrigation, which they never did after a few weeks. I called again and they said they would contact me. No contact again. This is a place admitted that the insurance only pays limited to them for a regular cleaning so they do not want to do that only. Really bad attitude and only want to charge you extra.

horrible service went in get service and estimates invoice for work denied invoices told other teeth not ones wanted needed and were very rude nasty could not talk to them Had to go leave office without needed stuff Bertha horrible mean nasty not care about patient

This was a bad experience. They x Ray'd me which took over 30 minutes and then the dentist came in and said I had a cavity that needed filling without even looking inside my mouth. And told me I needed to do a deep cleaning. I told him I wanted a regular cleaning and he denied me. So I ended up paying $25 for the x rays and they said they would email them to me before I left which they never did. So it was a total waste of time and clearly they are in the business of up charging people for no reason. I went to my regular dentist and he said teeth just needed regular cleaning and there are no cavities that need to be filled. I would never go back to this place.

I just now became a patient at Culver City family dentistry. I found out about them through my job. This is where they chose for our clients to go. Have always heard good things and every time I came in w a client I seen how the staff was so nice and helpful. Then when we would leave they was satisfied. Berta has went above and beyond to help me and in a timely manner. Would HIGHLY recommend if u want that trustworthy, caring environment!!

This place will charge your insurance PPO HIGH for all your coverage and still want you to pay out of pocket when they only had done a deep cleaning no other procedures. Lady was so rude and upset when I confronted her about my insurance. So unprofessional do not recommend!

The new staff is very unfriendly. No greeting, no how long my wait will be, no acknowledgment. I will be looking for a new dentist after today.

They worked with my insurance plans and I was able to get great care for a lot cheaper than I thought!! also, VERY friendly staff!
