Dr. Culpepper has a strong love for dentistry, his family, and the Arkansas Razorbacks. Dr. Culpepper and his wife, Sarah, both grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas. After high school and several visits to Northwest Arkansas, Dr. Culpepper decided to attend the University of Arkansas where he majored in Biology. After college, he moved to Memphis and attended the University Of Tennessee College Of Dentistry. He spent four years there perfecting his dentistry skills. Once Dr. Culpepper graduated, he and his wife decided to move back to beautiful Northwest Arkansas and open Culpepper Family Dentistry.

Tania was born in California, and raised in Northwest Arkansas. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Some of her favorite things to do are playing with her dogs, going on walks, and traveling. Tania's favorite part of being a CFD team member is making people smile and educating them to help better improve their lifestyle.
Lily is from Northwest Arkansas. She enjoys spending time in the beautiful outdoors. Her hobbies include hiking, biking, and having a love/hate relationship with running. Her favorite part of being a CFD team member is educating and helping patients achieve and maintain a healthy smile.
Cristy is originally from California, but was raised in Arkansas. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and her family. In her spare time, Cristy enjoys making crafts and going to the movies. Her favorite part of being a CFD team member is helping patients leave with the smile they always wanted. She also enjoys her awesome co-workers.
Emily was born and raised in Springdale, Arkansas. Emily's favorite hobbies include reading and hiking. She also enjoys listening to live music and taking road trips with friends. Her favorite aspect of being a CFD team member is working with her hands and performing many different dental procedures daily.
Sarah is originally from Jonesboro, Arkansas. She studied Business Administration and Marketing at the UofA. Sarah's favorite hobbies are decorating, reading, and playing with her dogs. She also loves exploring beautiful Northwest Arkansas and visiting local events. Sarah's favorite aspect of being a CFD member is assisting, helping, and creating new relationships with the NWA community. She hopes every patient leaves our office better than they came.
Sandra was born and raised in Rogers, Arkansas. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, boyfriend. She loves going out to eat and doing fun activities on the weekends, such as bowling. She also enjoying taking walks outside and being outdoors. Sandra's favorite aspect of being a CFD team member is the people she works with. Sandra thinks everyone works well together and creates a professional environment. She enjoys learning from every team member. She loves being given new and challenging opportunities.
Ana is from Northwest Arkansas. She starting working in the dental field as a dental assistant and has now expanded to insurance and accounts. She is currently in school to become a dental hygienist. Her favorite hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and going to local places and events. Ana's favorite part of being a CFD team member is all the different roles she has played in the office. She hopes to continue to expand her knowledge of the dental industry.

Had wife go in and have crowns put in. Two times and the crown either broke or fell out. Extremely poor dentist. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Went to Aspen instead and got the dental work done right the first time and for less money.

Enjoy the service and conversation with the office staff. Doctor and staff listen to my concerns and make sure I get the appropriate care. Also they have appointments available within a week,but never past weeks and time is excellent

I used to be terrified of dentist, Dr.Culpepper was recommended by a friend. I needed a porcelain crown replaced. The first time I called their office it was like I've been going there for years I've never had that experience before their work was exceptional every team member knew what they were doing and could answer any question. His prices were very reasonable.

Excellent care team ! Everyone here is gentle , kind , caring and most importantly in dental work pain free and non judgemental. I absolutely love going here and my smile is returning after soooo many bad dentist experiences :) They actually make me look forward to going to the dentist !

Dr Culpepper and his staff are very professional and personable. His charges are fair and the staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. Dr Culpepper is thorough, gentle and explains things well. I'm happy he's my dentist.

This was my first visit, to a new dentist since our move. I found the staff friendly and professional, very safe environment and was glad I chose Culpepper Family Dentistry.

Disorganized, multiple visits, was there over 4 hours on one of the visits, can't get crowns shipped in a timely manner, since they messed up their in-house crown creation, then they call to say it finally came in after 5 calls over two days , and then won't see her the day they promised bc the dentist is in a meeting.we have 3 hours left of today and expected to be seen! The lady on the phone ignored the fact that we had a conflict the next day for scheduling and I had to repeat myself 4 more times to get her to offer another time! So, after all of this, my daughter will have to miss even more school bc they can't get their act together. As soon as this is finished, we won't be coming back. Also, when dealing with an earlier whitening procedure, poor instruction and delayed delivery. The gal was in and out of my daughters room so many times and at one point left her full of gauze with numbness wearing off, and the suction machine on for what was becoming a long time, and I had to go look for her ! We went to this office a couple years ago and things were fine. I don't know what is going on now, but it's not good. The dentist hardly spoke to me or my daughter, either. I recommend you find elsewhere, as they don't have their act together. Very frustrated and disappointed.

I am so disappointed with the service I was provided. I came in for tooth pain on my lower right tooth and left with that same pain. They began a treatment plan 2 weeks later that was not even explained to me and that did not even address my initial reason for coming in. Now im in a predicament where I have to pay out of pocket expenses for a service I did not even request before I can even get the actual service that is needed to stop the pain. Then to add insult to injury, Whoever the assistant was added numbing medicine to the wrong side of my mouth and had I not said anything probably would of ended up in even more excruciating pain. This scared me so bad I was ready to leave. Now they call me the day before my scheduled appointment saying they can not keep my appointment after me agreeing to monthly payments and placing my credit card on file with them. Meanwhile I'm still in pain and my initial issue still has not been addressed. I didn't deserve this kind of treatment and no one else either.

I have enjoyed ever second of all my visits. Everything is explained and you understand every step of your treatment plan. And they worked with my family to obtain the care we needed within our budget which is very important to me

I've had only great experiences with this place. The office is very clean and efficient. Staff is professional, courteous and friendly. They take COVID precautions seriously and have a great system.

The staff is so great Tania has always been awesome! Personable, knowledgeable and quick. For a self pay patient they charged less than half of what we were paying at a previous dentist and getting more things done. My child today said he likes them over his previous kid centric dentist.
