I was born and raised right here in Rock Hill. My father was a dentist and, at the time, my mother was a hygienist. The passion that my parents had for dentistry made a strong impression on my brother and me. This inspired both of us to follow in our parents footsteps and attend the Medical University of South Carolina to become MUSCs first set of twins to receive Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees.

Following graduation from MUSC in 2011, I fulfilled my lifelong dream of practicing dentistry beside my father when my brother and I joined the practice that our father started in 1981. In 2014, my brother made the difficult decision to move forward from Culp Dental to further his dental education by receiving specialty training in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.

From 2014 to 2018, my father and I practiced together and loved every minute of it. In early 2018, my fathers dental career ended unexpectedly. Now I carry on at Culp Dental in the memory of my late father. My purpose is to provide excellent and thoughtful dental care to the community that I grew up in.

I was born in Lexington, Kentucky to a mother working as an engineer and a father who was a financial advisor. From a young age, I knew that my true calling in life was a career in healthcare. However, it was not until middle school that I had my eureka moment. While sitting in the car with my dad having the timeless conversation, if you could do it all over again, he unknowingly planted the idea of dentistry in my head which sprouted deep roots.

In early high school, I was blessed with theopportunity to shadow a family friend who was a practicing periodontist in Kentucky. After two weeks, I was completely hooked. In 2012, I began my studies at the University of South Carolina with my ultimate goal being a career in dental medicine. During my time at South Carolina, I was able toshadow every specialtythatdentistry has to offer. It was not until my time spent at the Medical University of South Carolina from 2017 to 2021 that I realizedmy true passion resided in the practice of general dentistry.

I love this profession and know my purpose is to help those in need by providing the best dental care I can offer.
