Dr. Cullen graduated from Creighton University Dental School in 2006 and was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the US Navy. He served 5 years in the US Navy mostly overseas treating sailors, marines, and civilians of the local countries he visited with the US Navy. Dr. Cullen is passionate about all phases of dentistry, from pediatric to geriatric dental treatment. Dr. Cullen also enjoys fishing, hiking, skiing, running, working on his home, and volunteering. He is actively involved in the Lithia Springs Rotary, the Elks, and volunteers at the children 's dental clinic of Jackson County. Dr. Cullen is the past Treasurer (2010-2016) for the Ashland Hospital Foundation and will continue to be involved on local boards and charities. Dr. Cullen is currentlya Lieutenant Commanderin the US Naval Reserves. He loves the Ashland community, alsoloves spending time withhis family,Melanie, Adrian, and the pets, Candy Kane (the dog) and Cashmere (the horse). In 2017 Candy Kane was in the Oregon Shakespeare Festival play 'Shakespeare in Love.' Candy did well, she didn 't break a paw! We recently have a new addition to the dog family. Coco is Candy 's little sister!
Dr. Julie Fagundes graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2002 and has been enhancing smiles ever since. She has practiced in the Rogue Valley for over 16 years and most recently in Carmel, Ca. Dr. Fagundes aspires to provide comfortable and personal care to every patient. Her commitment to excellence is achieved through modern technology and current dental techniques.She takes time to listen and understand the unique needs of her patients. Dr. Fagundes has extensive training in dental implant restorations, correcting bite discrepancies to help restore harmony, and sleep apnea solutions for whole-body wellness.

My whole family is taken care of my Ashland Family Dentistry and has been for many years. This practice has the best Dentist and staff I have ever had in my life and wholeheartedly recommend them. Awesome cleaning and there for you if an emergency should arise!!

My whole family is taken care of my Ashland Family Dentistry and has been for many years. This practice has the best Dentist and staff I have ever had in my life and wholeheartedly recommend them. Awesome cleaning and there for you if an emergency should arise!!

I have been going to this OFFICE SINCE 1992 started by Dr. David Layer When he left I continued with his partner Mrs Dr.Cullin...was very Happy.. Then she left...I continued with Mr. DR CULLIN...seem to be doing fine Suddenly...I had sensitive teeth & had scheduled appts.... When showed up for my appts ON TIME I was treated...as if my sensitive teeth Were all my imagination... Dr. Had scheduled appts...for left side of Face...but came in & looked & turned & walked out & nurse released me WITHOUT any explanation... No return calls for cleaning or other Fillings...I was neglected & ignored I waited for a reply in the mail NONE...EVER ARRIVED... A year later...still none. I would not recommend Dr. CULLIN...He does not communicate well Even tho I was a patient for over 15 years...

Great work completed, soft touch. Went in for a normal insurance covered cleaning, ended up paying 180 for work I was told was covered out of pocket. Walked in to pay bill and 7 people in waiting room and no staff to be found. Will be the last time I get work done here. 2/5 for managing expectations, billing and customer service. 5/5 for actual work preformed.

I have serious dental anxiety, I'm so happy with this place and their ability to deal with me and how difficult I know I must be to deal with. Prices were totally fair and inline with others in the area. I can't recommend this place more!

Erik Hill is my dentist, he does great work and took time to listen to my concerns and address them. Prices are reasonable, the hygienist that cleaned mt teeth was fantastic. I highly recommend!

What an exceptional experience it was to have my annual cleaning done by Dr. Erik Hill and the wonderful staff at Ashland Family Dentistry. I didn't know how sub-par my last dental experiences were until I had my first visit to Ashland Family Dentistry today. They treat you like family and the office is very inviting and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

My experience at this office was top-notch, from the moment I booked my appointment over the phone with a highly personable and accommodating staff person to the moment I paid my surprisingly affordable bill (at a 5% discount for paying same day). The folks who work here behave as though they genuinely enjoy their jobs and make it a point to engage every person who walks through the door. The familiarity and warmth felt very small-town, Ashland-authentic while the space itself was highly elegant and upscale. My actual exam, consultation and cleaning were all performed very thoroughly and evidently with my comfort in mind. Clearly I was pleased enough with my experience at this dentist's office to leave a Google review about it, so that alone should speak for itself. Really though, these folks deserve a great deal of credit for their commendable efforts toward providing such quality and personalized care. P.S. I don't have dental insurance, and I paid what I felt was a very affordable price for the level of care I was given for bite wings, an exam, and a cleaning (without filling out any sliding-scale paperwork).

The staff at Ashland Family Dentistry is exceptional. The front office ladies are accommodating, efficient and always very friendly. The dental technicians and hygienists are also very personable and do their jobs extremely well. Dr. Cullen is very personable yet invariably professional. He goes out of his way for his patients and inspires confidence with his knowledge and skill. I unequivocally recommend Dr. Cullen and his assistants!
