I had an implant done in May 2022. Healing went very well. I specifically wanted Dr. Ingoldsby because he had done wisdom teeth removal for our son and daughter when he was still at the Base. The whole staff gave excellent care, were very professional, caring, answered questions and were so kind. Highly recommend.

Dr Ingoldsby removed a tooth that broke at the gum line and put in an implant. His staff was thorough in discussing cost and expectations for this procedure. The doctor explained each step before starting and put me at ease. He did an excellent job and follow up with the implant before sending me to the dentist for the crown. I would recommend him to anyone who needs extractions or implants.

My experience with Dr. Cudney & Staff is extraordinary! The entire personnel in the Practice was informative and professional through my entire extraction/implant experience. Everyone was knowledgeable as well as caring where a surgery involving delicate work as this can be a bit overwhelming and initially anxious .... yet, they went above & beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the whole process! Though I was really impressed w/again the entire staff, I worked extensively with Missy whom aided in the scheduling, billing, etc. She was very patient, kind, and complete w/the details necessary for the surgery (start to finish) - she also had a great sense of humor both on the phone and in person @ my visits ..... she really made the atmosphere pleasant! Regarding Dr. Cudney: So much positive attributes pertaining to his demeanor, attitude and professional routine - just an A+ in his entire work ethic! He always kept me, the patient informed throughout the surgery and calmed any anxious moments along the way!! BONUS: During the initial (partial) sedation phase prior to surgery, I joked w/him saying; "it sure would be nice to be listening to some 70's rock/pop music right about this time". Then, IT happened. As he was awaiting for the numbing to go into full affect, he excused himself (of course w/his assistant still present in the room) and returned shortly after with his I-Phone and cued up some pop music from my favorite era in providing the tunes to sooth and calm me as he got into the initial surgical steps - WOW, I was thinking to myself, who does that? " DOC YOU ROCK " !!!! Once again, many thanks to ALL Staff members & DR. Cudney for EVERYTHING !!!! I know, rest assured that my final Phase coming shortly to complete the extraction/Implant task for a future crown, will be a successful closure to the entire process. A 5-Star Rating, hands down!!!! I called this office because I was referred there by my dentist, as my usual oral surgeon is on a long wait. The second I stated I am self pay, the tone of the receptionist immediately changed. She began telling me these extremely high prices, and was very condescending, to the point I started crying. This office wanted $130 plus a $300 something dollar x ray for my initial consultation. My other oral surgeon? $89. This office wanted $1200+ for sedation and one tooth extraction. My other oral surgeon? $700-$800. I sincerely hope Kennedy never falls on hard times and is in need of compassion. Because she showed me zero, over me not having insurance. I used to have a full time job with benefits like she does, and I'm not a bad person. She tried, and succeeded, to intimidate me and drive me away based off of me being self pay. I would wait a year for my other oral surgeon rather than give my money to people who treat others the way she treated me today. If you are self pay and need a good oral surgeon, who will treat you the same as their insured patients, call Dr. Kim in Troy, Ohio. If google would let me I would give zero stars, because zero is the amount of money I will spend here after being shown zero compassion and zero courtesy and zero kindness.

Dr Ingoldsby is by far the best oral surgeon I've ever had the pleasure of working on me. He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable ( hard to do in a dentist chair). For the surgery he inserted the IV with finesse better than the hospital staff I've had for a variety of surgeries. I had less pain and bleeding than I have had with other oral surgeries. He removed a cracked tooth with a temporary filling in half of it, built up the sinus cavity with bone grafts and put in an implant. On the follow up he, again, was thorough in explanations. He looks young, but is a talented and skillful oral surgeon. You can't go wrong with this Doctor

Dr cudney and his staff did a good job. Their prices to say the least are gouging. After my surgery to add bone for an implant was paid in full, they hit me with a follow up cost that was not expected and when I got prices for the implant, they were almost $4000 more than my regular dentist for the same work. Outrageous!!

Writing this review for a friend: 1) Extremely long wait time in the chair before the dentist came to see me. 2) No sunglasses were offered and it was very bright during the procedure. I often had to close my eyes. 3) No one checked on my level of pain during the procedure. It started to hurt during the end. No one told me the cues to use if I was experiencing pain. 4) They never offered an option for the dental block. I have difficulty with the block, but they didn't even ask me if I could go without. 5) I was never told the expectations of the procedure. I was given no warning before he seemingly pulled on my entire body to retrieve pieces of tooth. 6) I was not given the option for the type of bone inserted into me. They selected cow bone for me; I would have liked to know the risk/benefit of each. 7) Overall, I was not an informed consumer. I was given no options and the dentist lacked bedside manner. Oh also they didn't give me a price estimate for the procedure.

Dr Cudney and his staff were amazing! I came to have my tooth pulled and didn't really know what to expect. Dr Cudney made sure from the moment I came in to get me relaxed, he was smiling and friendly, he made my experience awesome and worry free. He was precise, careful, and professional. He made sure other teeth are not impacted and no damage done to the surrounding tissue. Easy and fast, what was considered worrisome and hard. Thank you Doctor and your assistant Dasteena!

First let me say, I was absolutely TERRIFIED to get my wisdom teeth out. Like, put it off for eight years until I couldn't wait anymore terrified. I had severely impacted wisdom teeth, one of the worst cases my dentist had ever seen. Dr. Cudney extracted eight teeth total- the wisdom teeth and my 12 year molars. He and his office staff were patient, kind, and understanding of my anxiety the day of the surgery. The surgery itself went very well, no complications despite a very complicated set of teeth. Although I obviously had a few painful days afterwards, I feel everything went as well as it possibly could have with Dr. Cudney. I highly recommend him!

Dr Cudney and staff deliver "6 star" patient centered care! They practice under a framework that considers those in need of urgent oral surgical intervention, making patients like myself, a priority. In my case, I needed oral surgery sooner than waiting for an appointment for weeks, or months. I received prompt, professional, and excellent care! Other oral/surgical and dental care providers should model from Dr. Cudney's team and care delivery. Thank you Dr. Cudney and the oral/surgical team! Dr. Shelly Burns

Had my wisdom teeth pulled out and it's been 2 months now. I still cant eat because of this and will have to make another trip because of this. I was able to get in and he noticed the issue after looking at my teeth for a good 15 mins. He realized that when I bite the filling I had put in this past year was pushing against my gum. It was nice to know he took his time seeing how I was biting to get a full understanding of the issue. After he had shaved the filling down some it made it so I could eat with no issues. Super thankful that he was able to fix it without doing anything serious or having to have me schedule a new appointment.

I've had two separate procedures done here. (One recently and one around 2014). I had no issues, everything went perfectly, and I will continue to return for any future oral surgery needs. The staff is wonderful, and both Dr. Ewig & Dr. Cudney are extremely knowledgeable, informative, professional, funny, and sweet!

Cudney is good at what he does but getting a return phone call is like pulling teeth (haha) . The wait is crazy and it dulls the entire experience. By the way a patient of yours (John Haley)has posted pictures of pot growing. Looks like it's about ready to harvest too. I'd take those down if I were you !
