Dr. Chrishelle Hemphill is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana and proudly calls Dallas-Fort Worth home. Dr. Hemphill obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana. Dr. Hemphill is a graduate of Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry where she served as Miss School of Dentistry and President of the Pediatric Dentistry Club. In addition, Dr. Hemphill was a Hinman Scholar while at Meharry.
Dr. Hemphill completed a one-year General Practice Residency at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Then Dr. Hemphill obtained an M.B.A. in Medical Services Management from Johns Hopkins University Carey School Of Business in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Hemphill specialized in Pediatric Dentistry by earning a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Howard University College of Dentistry.
In Dr. Hemphill's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, Madison and Morgan, as well as their Bichon Frise Max. Dr. Hemphill and her family enjoy traveling, painting, cooking, biking, and tennis. When Dr. Hemphill was a child, she was always excited about her own dental visits and wants her patients to also enjoy their dental visits. Dr. Hemphill will treat your child with compassion as if they were her own children. Dr. Hemphill looks forward to partnering with parents to help maintain their child's healthy child's smile.

I'm so glad I switched to this practice! All the ladies are friendly, helpful and great with the kids! Doctor Hemphill is super awesome!

As we left the office my daughter asked if this could be here permanent dentist. I said absolutely. Love the TV distraction, polite bedside manner, walk through of treatment plan.

My husband & I recently moved to Ft. Worth & of course with moving comes a lot of changes with where our child is being seen as far as dr's goes. And though the move is temporary, we still didn't want to have to drive all the way out to Irving for him to be seen by the dr's in that area, simply due to inconvenience. So me being who I am, I loved that the area was so bright & open, also looked VERY NEW. When I decided to give them a chance, I walked in and you could tell it was a new build. You didn't have to be a construction worker to notice that. It smelled really great, just all around great. Now I will be honest, because it was fairly new.. the wait time was pretty long, longer than your normal visits. However, I didn't counter that in or rather hold that against them because they're new. But once we went back.. it was kind of the same thing. So all in all, they're good. Just be prepared to wait, I'm assuming until they can hire all the people needed to successfully run their new upcoming office.

I dont not recommend anyone bring their kids here. Staff is horrible and Dr. is not gentle with kids. My kids went back for dental work and the refused to let me go back with them. I had to ask for updates because they refused to give any. Lady's at the front were not helpful at all. Will not be taking my kids back.

We just fixed the issues she couldn't at a much better actual "pediatric dentist" this lady is not a professional. Strapped my precious 3 year old baby girl to a papoose board for 2 hours while she screamed. Now my baby is still traumatized and our new dentist is extra cautious With her because of that. She should not work with babies. .

Landon's first time at the dentist, & my child can be pretty difficult unfortunately! But the young ladies at this dental office made his experience worth it. Thank you so much for taking the time to talk my lovely 5 year old son through his tooth extraction!!

Dr Humphill & her team(Cassia-DA) are top notch when it comes to taking care of patients.They did a great job on many of my kiddo patients who needed sedation.100% recommend their services.

Dr. Hemphill and her staff were accommodating and welcoming. As a mother whose daughter is a bit nervous about appointments, I really appreciated how they constantly communicated with her and asked her how she was feeling. It made all the difference in the world. I am so grateful we found Cuddle Kids Dental Care. They truly felt like family.

We've had two visits with this dentist this year and both were awful. The first time, the dentist missed a lot of issues with my child's teeth and only noticed when I brought it up. We still decided to go back with her to get the issues fixed and the second visit was a disaster. We ended up declining the service and walking out. The staff is unorganized. Does not return your call. I had to call them weeks apart since they never called back. On our second visit, we waited almost an hour before things started moving and even then they weren't prepared. And the dentist had to nerve to get upset when we asked questions, which were valid questions as she was going to put my child under anesthesia. I could tell the dentist was trying to rush us instead of being understanding that we had questions before she put our child through the anesthesia (after we waited for almost an hour to even be seen in the first place) and was so overwhelmed because they had booked 3 appointments at the same time. I would not recommend this place at all.

I 100% recommend cuddle kids dental care! It was Very clean and everyone was so polite! They did amazing with my 2 year old this was the first time that he actually enjoyed going to the dentist and even wanted to go back after we left! They made sure he was comfy and had cocomelon playing for him while they brushed and flossed his teeth! I am so glad that we found this place it was so refreshing after the last place we tried! We will for sure be going back!

The care Dr Hemphill and her staff provided was exceptional. My son generally does well at dental visits but this was our first experience visiting a Pediatric Dentist. The office environment was welcoming and calm for smaller children. I'm satisfied with the treatment plan I received for my child and highly recommend this office.

I take of my grandson who has severe developmental delays and unable to verbalize his needs. He stopped eating his favorite snack today. This is a major red flag for us. I have been looking fo a dentist for over a year. We called the first one on our list and was surprised they called back and said he could come at 3p. The Insurance had called and said we would have to call and change Dentist before going.But because they understood this was big deal they said to come anyway. They called insurance while I was there and fixed the issue. Even though my Grandsons insurance was Medicaid, they treated us with the same compassion and kindness as if we were royalty. The dentist was a beautiful black woman, and she was so kind to my grandson. Turns out he had a piece of food that we couldn't see. I don't normally write reviews, but I am so grateful, and that I felt they really deserve a Bravo!

They were absolutely amazing. This was my son's first time to the dentist. They were patient and kind. My son has autism and they were absolutely wonderful with him. This will be his permanent dentist. You should definitely try them out if you are looking for a new location.
